Larry and Jarred were very friendly and professional. We have a large area of tiled flooring where the grout was horrendously stained and dirty. They explained the process very well and I am pleased with the end result. I also like that they don't use harsh chemicals and was safe for my dog. I will hire them again.

My experience with Oxi Fresh was awesome! Nehemiah was very courteous, and professional. He called while en route and actually showed up early (he asked if it was okay that he come earlier than my scheduled appt. time). He was very thorough and assisted with moving furniture in my bedroom. He even had a sense of humor! My overall experience exceeded my expeditions and for that, I 'll be a loyal Oxi Fresh customer for any of my future needs (tile & grout as well as carpet and upholstery)!

Mr. Lucas did a fabulous job. He was very professional and courteous. He even offered to come back if I wasn’t satisfied after everything had dried. Of course there was no need to. I have already recommended him and Oxifresh to a few of my friends! Thank You!!

I never heard of this type of cleaning. I took a chance because of the tech I talked to. Nehemiah listened very well to my concerns. The price also convinced me. He did a splendid job. I could not believe what came out of my carpet! Not just dirt, but, smells from a cat that I had years ago! So gross. When the carpet dried, I noticed I wasn't blowing my nose anymore. I had a chronic sinus inflammation and went through boxes and boxes of tissue. Now, NOTHING!!! Love this type of cleaning!

I cannot recommend Oxi Fresh enough! Nehemiah called to confirm the appointment in advance and even gave me some alternate times if I wished to change my appointment. He showed up right on time and did a very thorough job on my couch. I didn't know if he would get the stains off , which were pretty bad, but he did! He charged a very reasonable rate and even called the next day to see how the couch looked when it dried.

I will definitely use OxiFresh again. I was able to schedule for the next day. The tech was very friendly and professional. I had my area rugs and carpets cleaned. I have two small children, so I like to keep the floors clean. Great results and good price. Will definitely use them again.
