Jim was very knowledgeable about his products. His work ethic was wonderful and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately, some spots have already reappeared on my carpet in a matter of days. I was not pleased with their cleaning system but Jim was a joy to have worked on my carpets.

They were a little more expensive than the other companies I spoke with, but I had previous experience with ChemDry and was very happy with the results. Oxymagic did a good on the carpets and did reduce their price to better meet my budget

The service technician was very professional and courteous. I make people take their shoes off when coming into my home and he had no problem putting on shoe covers when cleaning our carpet. He was very thorough and the carpets dried very quickly. He further explained the entire process and the advantages/disadvantages of the industry as a whole. I highly recommend Oxymagic over any other cleaning treatments!!

I called them to remove a cat urine smell. They cleaned the carpet, which I didn't really need but I imagine was necessary after the urine cleaner was applied, but the smell remains.

We were disappointed with quality of work - corners and edges of rooms were not cleaned. For as much as we paid, I expected better. I called to complain and they offered to reclean. Technician who did our carpets then called and gave me hard time saying he couldn't do any better because Oxy Clean machine is too big and doesn't allow him to reach edges and corners, which is absurd for the amount of money we paid. He is coming back tomorrow so we will see if quality is any better.

Oxymagic did a PHENOMENAL job on our upstairs carpet! Typical in Pittsburgh, we live on a steep cliff and our home is too far from the street to use traditional steam cleaning from a truck. Oxymagic had a huge, but portable machine that cleaned and disinfected our pet odors and stains. Our 7 year old carpet is like new and it dried in 2 hours! Very reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend them!
