I couldnâ t recommend Joe highly enough. After having a bit of a nightmare with a previous contractor we decided to rip out all the marble wall and floor tile that they had installed in our bathroom. We then got three bids, two from big companies and one from Joe, to see how much it would cost to do it properly! They all quoted around the same price but Joe was the only one who made us feel like he really understood what we wanted and didnâ t make us feel like he would be doing us a favour by taking the job. Choosing him was the best decision we made during our entire remodelling experience. The quality of his work is second to none. Iâ m somebody that stands and stares at a job once a contractor has finished it and quickly starts noticing the mistakes they made or where they have rushed or not taken enough care. I honestly canâ t find fault in Joeâ s work. After getting to know him a little bit while he was doing the job I know this is because he takes real pride in his work. He told me that certain parts of the job were keeping him up at night while he tried to work out how best to do it so that the result would be something he would be happy to show us. I would (and probably will very soon) use Joe again

These guys were awesome. I had to delay after they got started (as I came down with a cold and wasn't sure if it was Covid or not, until I was tested). Once the negative test was received, I called them and they came right out and finished the job. My kitchen floor is absolutely gorgeous, and I would definitely hire these guys again in the future (like if I do the bathroom floor). They are top notch, and I am extremely happy with their work.

Overall a very good experience, and they did a solid job on rebuilding over the new subfloor of our shower. Tile job in shower looks solid. Room for improvement regarding keeping areas clean when doing demolition, as dust can get everywhere. And planning as to how much tile customer needs to buy could improve, as well as showing out tile details (such as at corners) to customer before installing.

Robert was very professional and did a great job. He stuck to the project time and he was very helpful in helping to select the tiles and he got the project done on time and on budget.

I had an emergency bathroom remodel, and Oz Tile and Marble fit the project in over the weekend so we could have a working shower sooner. They took the time to do a great job, and answered my questions about the installation. They also gave me a great recommendation for where to get tile. They arrived early each day and left the place very clean. I would definitely hire them again.

True professionals! They did a floor, shower surround and a wall that look flawless. Very nice guys, respectful about noise and dust and friendly and spent the time to do it right. Their price was right about the middle of the bids I got and I'm very glad I went with them.

Roberto inspires confidence ...and that is mighty important when you are having your bathroom redone. He is smart and easy to deal with. A real hard worker who is also talented and reasonably priced. Can't do better in the Bay area.

Roberto and his father Educado was very nice, polite and on time. They finish their job in two days as promise, did some extra little things for me with no charge and the quality of the work is great! I would recommend them to everybody!
