Felt I was overcharged as 2.5 hours work was 430.00 dollars. Will never use them again

"Dear Linda S. I'm sorry you feel that way. But homeowners forget the other factors in the Hours worked. For instance Research Time to order correct parts for the Model of your whirlpool-one hour. Ordering top quality parts and paying for them for you - 1/2 hour. Scheduling customers and setting times and dates. These are the hours a customer does not think about. The total time invested in this job is 4.5 Hours. We feel you were not overcharged. You now have a whirlpool that the Jets are now working on. Put in Business it is about making the customer happy. Ozark Plumbing will be sending you a credit. The check for $100.00 and will arrive before Christmas. Sorry for the confusion. Our new policy now will be to give customers a Written Estimate before work begins, so this problem will not happen to future customers. Thank You Linda S."

been working 30 days when the original estimate was 2 weeks at most..lots of problems but they are getting to them!!!
