The inspection was VERY thorough...even down to making sure all the ceiling fans worked on all speeds! The final inspection documentation was also thorough and included plenty of pictures. We were very pleased with this company and would recommend to everyone!

Mr. Art was a well respectful man who knew what he was doing. He took pictures as well as showed me each item he felt would raise a flag. He took his time which let me know he was serious about his work. The home had a water leak in several areas so he was unable to check certain areas due to the water being off until the leaks could get fixed. At no charge Mr. Art agreed to come recheck the home once I got word the leaks were fixed so he could ensure everything was done right before I agreed upon the home and he did just that. I will most definitely recommend him and his company to anyone.

He also gave us great advice the whole way through on how to maintain our new house and how to properly clean and use everything that came with our house. He worked on the price with us so we did not have to pay everything at once. He is a very sweet and friendly man. Very professional.
