Four Seasons Factory Direct

This was the worst hire I have ever done. Late showing up, 1 window was the wrong size, 1 had a scratch between the glass and 1 was broken. It took over a month to get the right sized window and they never fixed the window with the scratch. Awful company to deal with.

I hired this Contractor that was provided by HA and I was dealing with Mike. We got our quote in writing and also signed the Contract .. We paid the contractor $20.000 and all they did was the framing for the new addition for our home. They received the money through the loan company that we had set up, at the Contractor, Four Seasons request. They stopped the work on our home and when we followed up with the company learned that they had gone bankrupt! We found out that the same thing happened to a number of people and we filed a group law suit. But nothing has come of that and his lawyer has informed us that there is no money forthcoming from this Contractor

We want our money back work is only about 5% completed and it is in the wrong property

Signed contract , paid money and supposed to be done months ago. Never returned call in the last month. Work is not completed.

I hired Mike for a room addition and have Pd. $44,300.00 and the drywall , insulation, wall torn down and 2 windows that needs to be replaced, fireplace, electrical and siding are not done and yesterday I called and the message said that they were filing chapter 7, the last time they where here was 3 weeks ago

The customer service was terrible, they never got back to me. Renee was very rude. Stated they didn't have to come out right away. Dealing with them was a problem for me.

They removed boards from my deck leaving a dangerous hole in my deck a month ago and never returned it's horrible

If you could give a minus 5 stars that's what I would rate them. They are beyond horrible!

Their carpenters are very good but as for the management the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They do not schedule well and everything they tell me has begun to sound like excuses. Not so happy with them!

Fantastic Company! I explained what I was looking for and they were very understanding of my needs. This company far exceeded my expectations! I now have a beautiful Sunroom and our project was complete as scheduled. I Would definitely recommend to all of my friends!

I purchased a Sunroom and I love it! The company as a whole was fantastic. The communication with the office right down to the installation of our sunroom was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Four Seasons!

I found the products to be of the finest quality. The installers were fast and efficient as well as enjoyable to have in my home. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Be careful of the contracts they write up..... Very general, no specifics, and in middle of job, add-ons that are not mentioned in contract. If you hear their name, RUN AWAY FAST. Bad experience

We were hesitant at first, when a sunroom company wanted the addition job, but we couldn't have made a better decision to go with them! The crew that came were neat, organized and even friendly. Please forward my gratitude to all!

Ummmm don't use them

We signed the paperwork for this project August 11, 2016. The project was to build a room addition. Part of the project was to build a stem wall and this began on Oct 2, 2016. It is not Oct 20, the trench is not completed and Four Seasons has no plan to be here until Oct 26, maybe. There is an open trench with no cover in the backyard. The company routinely promises to show up but does not. They do minimal work and keep expecting more money. Shame on you Home Advisor for recommending such a terrible company. I will never use your site nor any contractor on your site.

This was a second story addition, at our house in Branson so it was a challenge, I thought. Not for our crew, led by James. They met or exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend them and especially James their Installation Manager!!! Only wish they would travel to NC!!!

Very structured and organized. This was a second story project, so there were some challenges, but they exceeded my hopes and expectations. Highly recommend!!!

We have an older home, after several other contractors and remodeling companies had told us the work couldn't be done, Four Seasons came up with a plan and design that not only fit our budget, but was very appealing. They stayed in constant contact with us and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. The actual workers on site were very hard workers and extremely knowledgeable and polite.

Extremely happy with our addition! Everyone from our salesman to the builders were phenomenal. Highly recommended, especially considering we almost didn't have them come out and quote us because we thought they were just sunrooms and not also traditional builds!

I've used them twice now. First time for the windows. Upstair windows had a leak that the 3rd people who came out finally got sealed. Ceiling below was damaged. But the finish project looks very nice. 2nd time was to remove wall between Sunroom and Living room, install new floor and windows. They did a great job on that. Subcontractors how ever, electrical and sheetrock guys had to come back a few times to fix mistakes. After several months the job was completed and I'm happy with the outcome. Wish I could upload photo's of before and after to show how much better the house looks. Don't be in a hurry and the owner Chris will make sure everything gets done. Thanks guys.

The final result was nice but many things had to changed in the process. There were many issues during the build. We felt like we were oversold.

After receiving three quotes on replacing windows in an all-brick ranch home, Four Seasons seemed to be the best choice. We ordered in September, 2015 and finally in January, 2016, during the coldest week of winter, two installers began work on our house. The next 3 months we experienced nothing but one catastrophe after another. The contractors jimmied windows, excessively cut into the existing wood framing, and didn't even have the correct tools. They basically used pry bars and sledge hammers to force the old windows out and new ones in. Eventually nearly every window was uneven and bowed - with substantial amounts of caulking sloppily applied around the perimeters. Later we found out that one of the installers had never worked on brick homes before, which led to most of the problems. In addition, the company was in dire straits due to a lack of experienced staff. Half of all the windows ended up needing to be re-ordered and then the install process started all over again. The attempts to repair the egregious work was appreciated, but the damage and time spent on this window install was nothing short of a nightmare. The double pane, vinyl windows are nice, but the final product has left us with obvious signs of shoddy workmanship. Now our home has permanent scars - from damaged brick to large amounts of messy caulk around the window trim where the opening was cut too large for the window. I would strongly suggest not using this company if you are looking to replace your windows.
