Pleased with the installation. Price came out to 7005.00; the 5.00 could have been dropped; I didn't work the cost at all. My water heater was left on the pilot setting, not on on; the next morning resulted in a cold shower. The rebate did not go through; I ended up with rebate not found on the message. Waiting for the warm weather to check out the air conditioner.

They were very quick to respond to my request. When they were finished with the job, you could not even tell they were there. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. They were also very nice and professsional.
