Ozone ES/MKD General Contractors

Terrible experience. I hired this company because the owner sold a perfect building construction plan. However, the stairs to the second story had been rebuilt because the original was horrible. The flooring is still bad, the floor was never level to install it. One of the toilets is still moving. There are interior cracks on all windows. The stucco was cracking on the windows as well. I asked him to do the cement for the house side hallways and the porch with a stamp, but the work is terrible; there are spots where the water accumulates. His excuse is that all constructions are the same, and he does not do micromanagement. In the process, his workers killed 4 of my trees because they disposed of the pain remains on them. They broke my front gate, the driveway gate, and the front rock wall. He fixed the front gate and the rock wall, but he did not want to do it. The electrical work has to be fixed. The shower flooring was broken. Today, he still wants to charge to fix the floor.

They did a really good job and are easy to work with, I would definitely recommend their service.
