I had a very difficult plumbing situation with my old home (1960’s) that sits on an elevated foundation. There was a pipe break just below the kitchen, located in the crawlspace, causing a buildup of water being drained from the kitchen sink and dishwasher…over many months. The smell was extremely bad and there was about 3 inches of standing (smelly) water all around the broken pipe. Leo and his team did an absolutely fantastic job, not only fixing the pipe but improving the flow of the drain as it was poorly designed (Leo explained this to me) and was the cause for the location of the years of pipe rust and eventual break. Leo is very communicative (via text), explains what is being done as the work progresses, is very polite, friendly and professional. I’ve used Precision Davis Plumber twice before this job and Leo always comes in with the lowest and most competitive bid. This latest job was not an easy one, and not a job anyone would ever really want to do because of the smell, tight crawl space, and laying in dirty water while doing the repair. I will continue to use them and I will always highly recommend them to anyone.
