Patrick was top-notch! He was on time, thorough and thoughtful. He explained the entire process to me and even showed me the contamination in my HVAC system. When the service was completed, I was thoroughly satisfied and felt so much better in my home. I recommend More Than Mold to anyone serious about handling their problem. There are mold companies out there who missed what Patrick found and I cannot state how important his expertise is to fix my issue.

Patrick was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made sure I understood exactly what/where the mold had came from. We had a leak a few years ago from one of our bathroom pipes at the time we called a professional out and thought it was fixed, but I guess the issue was bigger than we realized at the time. a small leak was left unnoticed and untouched which eventually led to a bunch of mold in the connecting bedroom closet. Without Patrick’s patience, and thorough inspection I would’ve never understood where the mold actually started from. The other companies I had come in and not bother to spend even five minutes in my house and sending a quote later. Patrick made sure I actually understood where and why I was having a problem and wrote the quote in front of me taking me through all the steps so that I could ask any questions that I had. When it came time to do the job I was surprised how clean he kept my house and how quickly I was able to get my home back.
