Sunday, and the oven just quit! I am new to the PNW and didn't know who to call. Through some service, I was connected to Pacific Appliance Pros Viktor was prompt, polite and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and had the parts on his truck to fix my oven in just a short while. Will definitely call him again for any appliance repair! You can trust this company!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I'm not one to write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to be scammed by Viktor at Pacific Appliance Pros. My dishwasher needed a new drain hose. I explained this when I called for the repair service. When Viktor arrived, I showed him the broken drain hose. Despite me telling the dispatch that I needed a new drain hose, Viktor didn't have the part. He said he would need to order the part and it would be available in about a week to repair. He required I pay him $184 which was 50% of the parts and labor for the repair. Its been 3 weeks now and I've heard nothing from Viktor. I've left him multiple voicemails, text message, and email but he has not once responded. I'm going to have to hire a new appliance repair company now to do the work that I already paid Viktor 50% to do.

They charged to come look at fridge and then charged for the parts and then ghosted us. They will not answer the phone nor email. I feel so violated as there was 2 men in my house.

I think this is a scam. Viktor came out, charged me the $99 initial visit fee. And then never did anything again. He initially wanted to buy $895 in parts and have me pay 50% down. I didn't feel comfortable with that and offered to pay 25% down to which he agreed. Then he never ordered the parts to my knowledge. Never responded to further texts or emails. The phone number wont take calls. I think the entire front is a fraudulent scam. Do not fall into the same trap that I did.

Viktor came to repair our dryer switch 4 months prior. The switch went out again and I tried to contact him to get it fixed. He neither called me back or responded to my text

Repairman seemed unfamiliar with our LG refrig & error code. Unplugged while cking it out which made the error go away. Error came back within a few hours. No response to numerous texts and voice mails except once when he told us the error might take 4-5 days to reset. Really! He has had our payment since day of repair & we have been without water & ice for over a month waiting for his return.

Lack of customer service and lack of response.

Viktor arrived same day and got the job done quickly. He was very polite and professional and it was a good price. Would definetly hire again!

Our dryer broke couple days before Christmas and I didnâ t have any hope of fixing it any time soon. When I called Victor, he was able to schedule the appointment for Saturday before Christmas, which made me extremely happy. Victor is very nice and professional. The pricing seems reasonable. He fixed the dryer in an hour and saved us bunch of money! Highly recommend!
