We needed clean out of junk and debris from rental property ASAP to close on real estate sale in 2 days. They were there as expected, took the junk and stayed to clean up . Was very professional, reasonable rates, friendly crew .

My advice to anyone needing junk removed from a home, call PA Junk Solutions LLC. My wife and I purchased a home 70 miles from our home that we lived in for 45 years. I don't think I have to explain how much stuff is accumulated in 45 years and after 3 kids. I checked Angi for junk removal service and the young lady from PA Junk Solutions LLC contacted me within minutes. I mentioned that our home needed to be cleaned out before it was being shown on the market, and that was in 2 days. They had their men, a father and son team at the house the next day, I pointed to what I needed removed and they went to it. They amazed me. They had their pickup truck box and a 12' trailer filled with my junk in just a few hours. Not only did they remove the junk, but they also swept and cleaned up the areas they removed stuff from AND ran a wheeled Magnet to pick up any fallen nails or screws in the yard, sidewalk and road. Blake responded very quickly to the quote request and we were able to schedule the clean out within 24 hours of posting the request. We had scheduled a time but due to a unexpected emergency needed to postpone the same day which he did without delay. We were able to meet and complete the job in a very quick and efficient manner, he went as far as to make sure everything was cleaned and completed to my satisfaction. The quote he provided did not change and we were able to make the payment on the spot without any unexpected charges or fees. Blake was very professional along with his assistant to remove all of the unwanted items from the storage bin, and he even offered to help with taking the items reserved for donation to another location.
