Peter from PAS construction was hired to fix a structural issue with my deck (joists repair/full stair rebuild, bracing) as well as change all the surface boards to give it a new refreshed look. Peter was transparent and reasonable throughout the project. His communication is excellent and he takes a lot of pride in his work. Peter’s pricing is very reasonable and he found ways to stretch my tight budget as far as possible and make my deck come to life. He also is very diligent about keeping the job site tidy and he always looked out for our safety when the project was ongoing. Peter worked tirelessly to keep us on schedule and his work is professional He was extremely accommodating to small requests and had really good execution and follow up. Peter has done a stellar job and I will definitely use him again for future deck projects. This man is a god send. Pictures show before and after which speak volumes.

At first the quote was very reasonable and Pete seemed very nice and accomodating,, but after reading similar reviews that also said he underestimated the job and kept asking for more money. Steps were replaced wrong and needed to be redone and left with the sides being completely not smooth. Did not use wood putty to smooth out wood on deck and didnâ t even use deck paint. We had to hire someone else to finish the job. Didnâ t show up at the time he said he would.

Peter was a pleasure to work with - he completed the project of repairing and replacing wood front steps and painting them - he prepared an additional metal railing to be painted and painted leaving no drips or spills to contend with. Have already discussed other work he will do for us. Am so happy Angi sent him to us and canâ t wait to have him back to do additional projects. Consummate professional. Highly recommend.

Pete was awesome! I wanted a powder room to have the wall paper removed and then painted. Pete came over quickly, gave me an estimate and started working right away. He did an amazing job, cleaned up everything and made sure I knew every step along the way. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m already planning my next paint job and will be calling Pete. Pete was great. He removed the wallpaper from our lobby and repainted it. His price was good, he was easy to communicate with, reliable, and on time. He also had good ideas that helped make it look better than what we originally planned.
