My basement flooded and I had the good fortunate to work with Paul Davis. Kayla was an absolute God send. She was professional, compassionate, and treated me and my precious heirlooms and family memories with the utmost care. She was communicative, she sent lots of pictures, and always answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I can't IMAGINE having to go through this without her. She is outstanding at what she does. I hope they never lose her! Thank you Paul Davis.

Outstanding Customer Service Alysun was my primary contact and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. When some confusion came up around a few missing items, she handled it with complete ownership and no finger-pointing. That kind of accountability is rare and really stood out. Their customer service was put to the test and delivered. I’d highly recommend Alysun and her team.

It has been a challenging event with my house being flooding in all 3 floors but Nick and Alysun made this a little bearable. I have to give them 2 thumbs up for their efforts and accomplishments.

I cannot say enough about this company. Unfortunately, I have had two water issues in my house within a six month period. The first time, USAA assigned Paul Davis Co to do the repairs. Jamie was the project manager. Absolutely fantastic. Now, in June, we had the second. I told USAA I want Paul Davis to do the mitigation and repairs and that I only want Jamie as the project manager. For the mitigation on this second incident, I spoke with Jamie who told me that Nick will handle the mitigation while he will lead the repairs. Nick and his guys Gabriel and Franklin are fantastic. Easy to communicate with, they are punctual and just very chill guys. They always kept me up to date on everything and I couldn't be more greatful for their professionalism and expertise. Now it is time for Jamie to start the repairs. His guys were great back in December 25 and I have no doubt they will knock this out to the highest level. I will always use Paul Davis for any repairs in the future. Thank you!
