Please see Google for full review. But basically an inexperienced repair person came to my house, charged me over $400 and broke my mini split. Also, he cut a hole in the drain pipe for some reason which had water run down the wall. And now I have to spend 500 more dollars to get the whole entire unit fixed from another company. Paul Mitchell. Then, told me they would call me and make everything right with a reimbursement but I still have never heard from them and it has been over a week. Glad they got to save face on Google.

On Labor Day weekend, my air conditioner stopped working. The company I had a service contract with didn't return my calls. I found Paul Mitchells Air Care on-line and recognized that Paul Mitchell was the person who originally installed my HVAC, when he worked for another company in the desert. Paul himself answered the phone at 7AM and couldn't have been nicer. He offered to send Devon Mitchell, his son, out right away to assess the problem. Devon determined my air conditioning line was frozen and part of my ducting had collapsed. He worked at trying to solve the problem right away, and provided a portable air conditioning to help us survive the 115 degree heat that the desert was experiencing over the Labor Day weekend. Devon had his crew to our house by Tuesday morning, and they were the most professional crew we've ever had to the house for repairs and the most courteous and friendly. Paul Mitchells Air Care pricing was reasonable and the experience was flawless. From now on, Paul Mitchells Air Care has my service contract and I will be contacting him for all my air conditioning and heating needs.
