We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating.

Pav and his crew replaced five sliding doors at our condominium in Ocean Edge, Brewster, MA. His workmanship was meticulous. He communicated with us before, during, and after the job by phone, text, and email to keep us informed about the progress of the job. Pav coordinated with Ocean Edge Management regarding the repair of portions of the building that were rotted out due to previous water damage and billed the management company for this portion of the job. We highly recommend Pav and plan to hire him in the future.

I am so thankful for selecting PAV Construction LLC to re-side my house and build my deck. Working with Pailin and his men was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Pav's crew knew what they were doing and worked through some brutally hot weather every day to complete the job as promised. We have new siding and sliding doors installed. The price was fair and was the same at closing as it was in bidding. The workmanship and attention to detail continued through to the final cleanup. Excellent experience.

Pav(lin) is every homeowner’s dream contractor! He is professional, personable and demonstrated care & concern for other parts of our home as well as the specific work we hired him to do. Pav removed the wall-to-wall carpeting on our stairway and two bedrooms, installed laminate flooring, stair treads & wrought iron spindles with our existing bannister. He did a fabulous job and we’re thrilled with the look & results! Palvin was great! He was not only professional, I felt like he was a friend by the time the work was finished. He explained everything thoroughly before the job and called me to discuss issues that came up with my floor. I am in a different state then the job and felt very comfortable letting him have the keys to my home. I would highly reccomend him and will use him again for other jobs.

PAV installed a new laminate Hardwood floor in our Master bedroom. He went to work the day after he was hired and finished the job in just 2 work days, in time for the house to be shown by Realtor the next day! The result was beautiful to behold and impressed the Buyer! PAV is very knowledgeable when it comes to Updates for Kitchen and Baths as well. WE followed the lead of Home Advisor and we're glad we did.

I had new hardwood floor installed in my living room. Pavlin made some great suggestions before and during the project -never pushy about anything. True professional. Reasonable priced.

Much of the trim on our house was in need of replacement. As expected, underlying damage was found in some areas. PAV promptly notified us of any issues. Options were presented and discussed, and additional repairs were made as needed. The work looks beautiful. PAV Construction was professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again for work on our old house.

Pretty awsome contractor.I got four different quotes and decided to go with PAV. They did my vinyl siding and installed all new windows including a bay window. They did fantastic job.Also their price was very reasonable.
