The owner was hired to make some repairs involving a water leak. The job turned out to be much more involved than originally expected but he figured out a way to make a permanent repair and refused to take extra money for the additional work.

I work in the construction industry. I work with various trades on a daily basis. I wish that all the trades I work with conducted themselves like Panhandle Pavers. From their skill, attitude, organizational ability, trustworthiness and communication comes a great experience with a great outcome. If you are looking to have a paver driveway or patio installed, do yourself a favor and call Moe at Panhandle Pavers.   Five years ago, I went through three different paver companies trying to get a paver driveway and front sidewalk installed.    Spent a lot of money to get a somewhat functional drive, but it was never right.   Our neighbors were upset because we had pallets of pavers lining the street and equipment in the street.  The paver pattern started off in one direction and then changed, low spots that held water and then the pavers started to shift.   We had done a couple of repairs, but knew that it needed more and better repairs.   We called Panhandle Pavers and Moe showed up.  He couldn't believe how bad our original install was done.   I had to keep telling him not to worry about my feelings as I had hired the original companies, so it was my fault.  He was able to come up with a plan to get the drive completely correct by removing the entire drive and sidewalk and replacing it with the existing pavers, relevel all of the drive so it drains properly and reinforcing the edges with concrete and rebar so it will not shift.  We purchased new border pavers because the original ones used were too small.   Part of Moe's plan was to work on the drive in sections so that there would be minimal disruption to the neighbors.  He fully explained everything that he was going to do.   They showed up when they said they were going to and were polite and professional the whole time.  They did an excellent job cleaning up before they left.   You will know more about pavers, your project and how it all works, before, during and after the job.  Everything was exactly as we agreed and the project looked better than either my wife or I expected.  I wish I had found him first.  He has been installing pavers for a long time and has the knowledge to do the job correctly.  Hopefully others going forward will skip my bad experience and check him out first. I usually don't do reviews unless it was an amazing experience. Panhandle Pavers was exactly that--they go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. We lost our backyard to Hurricane Sally and are starting from scratch. They did am amazing job on our walkway. Their price was more than reasonable, they were prompt, hard working, clean, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Moe is definitely an artist and has much vision to help you with your projects. After the walkway was completed, we were so impressed that we asked him about some slate that we had lying around. He sold us on his ideas of incorporating those with the leftover pavers to make a pad. Of course, we hired him for that also. After almost 4 months now since the hurricane, our yard is finally coming together. I had spoken with a couple of other companies before Moe, but didn't have a really good feeling. Moe's confidence and knowledge was evident and it definitely shows in his work. He really focuses on the customer being COMPLETELY satisfied. In today's world--that's hard to find someone who cares so much and works so hard!

My wife and I had the super pleasant experience of finding and working with Panhandle Pavers, LLC through home advisor.com. They responded immediately to our initial inquiry and set up a site visit for the very next day in order to give accurate quotes on our two paver projects - overlaying our cement patio with brick pavers and creating a 30 foot garden pathway with the same pattern of pavers. Moe, the owner came with a wide variety of pavers and patterns for us to choose from, and when we asked his input as how to accomplish some aspects, he never said how we had to do something but rather gave several options for us to consider. We immediately felt at ease working with him and in short order we had a contract written up in plain language with our choices of pavers and very reasonable terms/prices for the two projects. The pavers were delivered in just a few days and Moe and his team went to work . They were mindful of our things and landscaping and kept a clean and organized worksite. We were so pleased with their excellent work that we are already planning to hire them to do additional work in the near future. Panhandle Pavers, LLC works out of the Destin area, but donâ t let that cause you to have any hesitation to get them to come over here to Gulf Breeze and estimate what your project will cost. I predict you will be glad you did!!!

Excellent job went above and beyond my expectations, would highly recommend them!

They did a great job for what we needed. They are very friendly, they were extremely thorough and kept the job site very clean. They worked there tails off all day long and finished the job in two or three days. They completed the job in a quick manner but the job itself is very detailed and perfect. They are very willing to do whatever is needed to do the job right. I would hire them again in a heart beat and in the near future I will hire them for some other work needed.
