"Cleanup was performed in a timely manner by our company, with no prior knowledge nor communication of you starting the project yourself. If the cleanup needed to be done sooner or by a specific date, a simple phone call would have sufficed, and would have been scheduled to meet such deadlines. Our cleanups are preformed Twice one in November, and one in December. You wanted to wait for all the leaves to be down Before we started any cleanups. By doing so, you naturally are added to the end of the list. After you received the bill, it was agreed by Both parties that splitting the charge for the cleanup was more than fair and acceptable. Unfair"
"We left several messages, with no return phone calls. We completed the job at hand, and went above and beyond with pricing, and getting materials delivered fast and at our cost. Client was fully aware of an additional day to grade out property, once dried out due to weather conditions. Very unfair to leave negative feedback for job that was done."
