They give you a time they will arrive but they never show up on time Lucas does call to say they will be late or they will come tomorrow instead always has an excuse for not being on time. He said he would be bought on Sunday the 20th of June to pull the wood for the forms. I said please be on time as we need to be somewhere at 4 pm. He calls at five minutes to 3 pm and says he is running late again another excuse. We had to leave so I do not know what time he arrived but when we got home to check his work that was all he did was pull the forms and the yard was a mess. He did leave me a message that his nephew would be by first thing in the morning and he would stay all day until the clean-up was done. We waited all day and no call and no show. I called and left 2 messages but no callback. The next day a woman called to say Lucas would be by some time on Tues but did not know what time. To make a long story short 2 men showed up did some of the cleanup and I had asked them to let me know when they were done so I could check it. When finished they left without telling me. Where they poured the cement I had a wood frame going down the whole side of the yard and when they finished some of the frame I had was cemented partially over and was down deep. The others that were left had to be pulled out and one is still there and is sticking up I can not get it out. They also poured a small slab by my house and it splattered on the house and it took me an hour to get it off. When he pulled the forms there were chunks on the side of the walkway that should have been taken off and were left. When you stand and look at the walk way it is not straight and some places are narrower than other spots. While installing the cement all the rocks on the side of the walkway were pushed toward my neighbors house and was never put back the way it was and I am doing that all by had. The clean-up was bad and I am very disappointed with the whole experience.
