I had a great experience with PB General Contractors. I requested a quote from James Wikowski (owner) and he was very transparent and professional with the overall process by providing a schematic diagram and breakdown of everything that was to be completed for our guest and master bathroom remodel. This was very important to me so that all parties were on the same page and communication was clear and straightforward. Meaning, that the more we talked about the project in a descriptive way, it was less likely "for the wrong wall to be torn down... James was very flexible in moving our schedule around 2 times? due to me having other concurrent projects throughout the home that were running behind schedule. I made myself available to Rene (technician) to answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues that were not anticipated, eg positioning of free standing tub, me buying the wrong size toiled and having it returned/replaced on the same day with Rene's help... Rene did a great job at installing the fixtures, and vanity, counter, and faucit I had purchased online. But I guess the most important part of the experience was when I contacted James about an electric circuit that stopped working and he had Dan (his project manager) back in the home as soon as possible to address and fix the issue (triggered GFCI switch). Overall, I am happy with my experience and would recommend PB General Contractors for bathroom remodel

The owner and supervisors were terrific to work with...and we made quite a few changes along the way! Crews were polite, hardworking and cleaned up everyday before leaving. A terrific surprise was a cleaning crew the last day! Wow! So impressive. You won t be sorry selecting this company! They have a great reputation with all the suppliers.

James and his team (headed by the work foreman, Wenn) were fantastic. They didn't charge extra money like so many contractors have done. They finished a day EARLIER than what he had told us. The work was top quality. There were a couple of things we wanted to change and they did it without question. They gutted both our kitchen and master bath - including moving a wall -- and we are very happy with everything.

James and his team are the utmost professionals. We hired them for three separate projects over a span of eight years, and do not have one negative experience to speak of. They represent excellence in quality and customer service. Truly good people.

Besides doing a great job, the workers were without a doubt the kindest and most patient people in the world. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Quality skilled work in every aspect of our master bathroom remodel. They have also done a powder room, bar, laundry/pool bath flooring, paint, wall resurfacing, etc. We would highly recommend and would use again.

SO happy to have found P.B. General Contractors. They are everything you want and need in a contractor: honest, patient, on time and schedule and responsive. Working with James and his team made our bathroom renovation a breeze - he and his team talked us through everything and were so patient in answering our questions every step of the way. Our project consisted of ripping out a tub/shower combo, single-sink vanity and installing a new standing shower, new fixtures, new vanity, adding a sink, an additional vanity light fixture, and a few other odds and ends... the project was completed on time and on budget. When we went shopping for supplies, James helped facilitate the appointment and when our tile rep commented on how wonderful and honest James is, that really solidified our feeling that we had chosen the right company for the job. If we ever have any other remodeling needs, we will definitely be coming back to him!

Our home had major water damage in the kitchen and master shower where everything had to be demo'd out. We were without a kitchen and master shower for a couple months while going thru the motions with the insurance company and mold remediation process. James earned our business simply because he never kept us hanging, had a sense of urgency, willing to work with us around our work schedule in terms of communication, and followed thru on everything he said he would do. James worked very diligently with my insurance to make sure we got the most approved for the build back process. He was thorough, accurate, and reasonable in his bid and we got everything we needed approved thru the insurance. James and his team was always very professional, timely, and respectful of our home. They knew how pressing it was for our home to be completed since we had a baby on the way. They were efficient in helping us with all of our selections so that the project was underway and moved along smoothly. Their team is knowledgeable and not only got us the kitchen we needed back, but worked with us on designing a newly remodeled kitchen that we love. I cannot express how grateful I was that James was able to start on my project almost immediately upon getting the approval from my insurance company so we did not have to wait. Also, Wen, the lead carpenter is awesome. He was the main guy on the job most days. He is very good at his job and communication was always on point. The only issue I had during the entire process was when my shower tiles were installed very unevenly by one of their sub-contractors, but after expressing my concerns, James came out the next morning to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied. I was always kept in the loop with what was going on. Payment was straightforward, pay-as-you-go, which made me feel very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to compare pricing with other contractors, but I believe you get what you pay for. For the convenience, the experience, and the timely quality results --- I'd say working with James was worth his bid regardless.

James, his project manager Dan and their whole team did a great job! It was time and money well spent. I would definitely recommend them.

Jim has been quite timely on his follow-ups on our kitchen/MBR renovation which is now underway....his timely follow-ups during the bidding process was also one of the reasons he got our business. His work quality & ethics have been excellent! fjm

We had a pleasant experience. They did exactly what they said they would do and were gracious when we asked to add a couple of things and kept their pricing competitive.

I loved working with James and his team! They were punctual, dependable, communicative and very respectable to my home and family. James kept the project moving forward with minimal delays and was always easy to reach! I would use PB contractors again and would highly recommend!

Generally your low cost provider requires a lot of supervision, but not in this case. The work was better than expected and performed timely. All the subs were courteous and professional and very respectful of us and our time.

Get a promised timeline.

James and his team were awesome! I love my new kitchen. We will be contacting them again in the future.

We hired PB to perform two separate bathroom remodels, both very deep. Had to move drain lines in concrete slab, etc. The owner, James Witkowski, quickly and clearly helped us redesign both baths and the outcomes exactly match the designs. His crew did excellent work and both baths turned out to be showpieces. We were very pleased with the outcomes, and we plan to use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Very nice work, easy to get on the phone when necessary and the workers (who were in my house for several months) were friendly and understanding. There was never a lack of communication. What else do i need to say?
