On time, friendly & uo front about repair.

Outlets in my garage had stopped working and checking breakers did not resolve the problem. One outlet had continued to work but we had already lost all of our frozen food in our freezer. Service was prompt however the electrician was sloppy and required my wife to help him. He then neglected to turn off the circuit resulting in a shock being delivered which left a burn mark on the wall. He then left the clean-up to my wife. The outlets did work, however they once again went out causing food to warm up but thankfully this time we noticed it in time to save the food. We obviously now need a 'real' electrician to come and sort out the problem.

Paul was professional and friendly. The work precise and the problem has not returned. Thank you for a great job.

Started off 2.5 hours late for appt. I had to go to a hardware store with him to get parts needed for installation and the water heater because he had no money and said that his card had been suspended. Back at my house, he continuously cut pieces off of my pipes trying to adjust for mistakes he had made. I had to threaten to call the cops for him vandalizing my property before he would finally fix all the problems that he had caused. I am speaking of Paul and I hate that his partner Jimmy has to be included in this review because he kept trying to tell Paul what to do to fix the problems, but Paul is VERY hard headed! I would not recommend him for knowing how to turn a faucet on, much less for knowing how to fix anything.

He is very experienced and well versed therefore he can save you an incredible amount of money.

He did a really good job. He is reliable, and punctual.

Really difficult to coordinate and work with. Left a mess. Hard to tell if job is done right or to quality.

They are not very knowledgeable at their craft, and were very rude. When we asked them to fix what they broke, they wanted us to pay the bill, but we did not paid them as they did not fix the issue, and were not very professional. When we texted them back, and told them what they had messed up, they told us "that is what you get for not paying your bill."
