Highly professional and experienced. They did an awesome job of cleaning my stove insert and flue. and left the system cleaner than the last time I had it done a year ago. They left their vacuum cleaner in the garage and ran a long hose into where the stove is located, and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Joseph and Lupe! And than you Cindy for a great job handling the administrative side. You folks are now my go to company for all things related to fireplace insert and flue repair and cleaning.

Joseph was professional and knowledgeable. He installed my chimney cap and repaired several bricks on top of the chimney so it fit correctly. Cleaned up afterwards in and out!

Great staff and very patient with me. They were very careful during the removal. Cleaned up throughout and at the end. Did the complete removal over entire fireplace, piping, cap and chase cover in one day. I hope I never have to do such a project again, but if I do, I'll call Don Johnson with PCCS.

overall satisfied not sure if what i paid was in the general area. found some issues that were missed on the inspection and resolved them.

Very courteous. The work involved more than I expected and they did a great job for the price.

People did a great job. However, their customer service was bad because the man was unhappy with his coworkers and it showed when I asked how he was doing today. His reply was bad because of dumb coworkers.

Gave me options, and I chose the one that worked best for me. They did the work right then and there.

I called for an inspection and they were there within 3 days. when I decided to have the work done, they came the next day. the work was completed within a few hours. the workers were very careful to cover all areas in my home that could be dirtied by their chimney cleaning and repair. highly satisfied. highly recommend.

They were reasonable, friendly, and all out great to work with. I will DEFINITELY be using them every year to clean our chimney now that it's fixed and safe for fires, thanks to them!
