Their work was good but their customer service was terrible. I had them install a shower, I agreed at the time to install a seat, but when it came time to install the shower they said that was not part of the contract, The shower handle did not work at first, I did not have hot water, but they did come out and fix it. But now after 3 months I started to get a leak into my basement from the piping they installed. I have been trying to get them to come out since May and they have been giving me the run around. I would be more than happy to update my review if they came out and fixed the leak. Because it is a lifetime warranty I would have expected them to come out and fix it right away.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.I had hired this company to remodel my bath.Cashed my $2,800. deposit check the next day after it was received by them.Measured the room twice and nothing after that. Will not return my money or return my calls.I am just glad they did not get any more money.Filed with the BBB and was notified that they would send a check and nothing.Bad business practices. BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worse organization I have dealt with I do not recommend them. Quality workmanship was poor.

The job was supposed to take 1-2 days per the owner. Instead it took a month and a half and was not up to our expectation or the final product promised by the company. - Install work began week of 12 Feb- on the second day one worker arrives with ear drum injury so installation work stops. Family is out following week so no work is completed. Issues arise with faulty shower control cartridge when installation continues (Shower turns on when no one is in bathroom and door is not installed). Requests for a new cartridge from contractor is not fulfilled so we contact Delta to request replacement which I install successfully. We're told work is complete on March 30, 2018, despite our concerns. - Shower does not meet our expectation- Shower door not what was originally agreed upon when order was composed; no trim added to inside corners to hide material gaps, no molding installed along upper edge of shower walls to hide silicone beads. - Excess outside corner trim pieces (11) are left at our home for 2 months even after repeated requests for removal, overage explanation and cost detail review based on these unused items. - Workers leave excess wood and drywall pieces in home along with debris from cutting and drilling Onyx material, wood and metal in bathroom and adjoining bedroom and hallway. - Several calls to the company, specifically to the office manager who was responsible for obtaining the replacement shower cartridge and work appointments, were either ignored or the promised action never occurred. We were forced to contact the owner to get any resolution on issues, however the end result was a product that did not meet our expectations or was not what was promised by the owner when we agreed to the contract.

Day 1: I'm happy to say that our experience with P&C Replacements was great. They arrived on time they were friendly, and respectful of our home. We have yappy dogs and they handled that very well. They had all the material they needed for the shower conversion. They prepared the area with tarps to protect the floor and furniture before starting the job. Removal of the old tub and shower surround and its removal was quick, and they prepped the area for the new shower. The Onyx shower material is a great looking material, hard glossy surface and I'm sure will last a life time. Clean-up the first day was very through, like they were never there. Day 2: Once again they were on time and ready to go to work. Everything was looking great. They installed corner shelves and two grab handles, that we asked for. What a beautiful job.

Geno came to our house and explained everything from installation to financing. We were pleased with the discussion and hired him on the spot. The workers that installed the roof were highly professional. They went above and beyond. They did a marvelous job. The house looks younger. Russ B.

I had a great experience from estimate to completion of the work. Everything was finished within one week of placing my deposit. The owner Geno was polite, professional, and the depth of his industry experience really came through in our conversation. Reliable contractors are hard to find, so P&C will be my first call for future projects.

The crews had to work in some nasty weather but still did an excellent job and clean-up. the appearance of the siding and windows is beautiful.Our home is warmer and quieter than before. We are very happy with the results.

They are the best.

The men who showed up to do the work were professional and worked quickly. The worked was completed in one day with just a few problems with the product. Those items are to be dealt with and corrected but has not been completed as of a little over two weeks since the installation.

They were great.

The entire staff was friendly, the installer is a perfectionist, truly talented, the end results were fabulous. I would recommend anyone interested in improving their home to look into resurfacing before replacing. A craftsman with this quality of workmanship, and an excellent product make the difference.
