My estimate was written in May 2018. Paul was very professional, and even suggested I check my HOA to verify the shingle color I picked was acceptable. I found out the HOA had preselected a different color. I called back to thank Paul for the advice and change the shingle color. Paul, again, was very professional and had no problems making the change. We had to work out some kinks with my insurance company, and in June I was then added to the cue. The workers showed up in August, with no advance warning. It rained on day two of the install, and my ceiling was stained inside the house because they had not finished applying the plywood. Paul called to check on the conditions inside, and I told him about the staining. He assured me the workers said would paint the ceiling, but they only painted the areas that were stained. Now my ceiling is two different colors. The workers did not clean up their debris well, and I found roofing nails all around my yard after they left. I was told to leave my permit out for the final inspection. It was in a plastic grocery bag hanging from the coach light outside my garage. I received a call from Paul a month later asking me how I liked my roof. I told him I liked the roof just fine, but no one had been out to inspect it yet. The permit was still in the same place. It had been rained on several times, but it had not been signed by an inspector. To this day, my permit has not been closed out, even though I have called to inform Paul that it needs to be done.

Hired William Jones through Home Advisor and could not be happier with the decision. Mr Jones was punctual, and thorough in his examination of our roof. The repairs were done same day and to our great satisfaction. The pricing was very reasonable as well, which was a relief. Last, but not least, he provided grade A+ customer service, which is very important. Will call for all future roofing needs. Thank you.

It took him longer than others to call me. Regardless of this, he is honest, did a good job at very competitive price ( I did request a few bids from other businesses). After all, he's willing to show/share some tips/suggestion for other repairs that he is not capable of. Will call him for any roofing issue in the future.

Charged $650 to drive about 100 screws. Took an hour. Not a lot of bang for the buck. DOD good work and no leaks.

PDG Roofing installed an asphalt shingle roof on my home. After performing the install, receiving payment for the entire project, PDG Roofing NEVER CLOSED OUT THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT. Made contact with them to remedy the issue, they politely indicated that it was an oversight and that they would resolve it the very next day. They did nothing. Contacted them again, received the same polite response. They did nothing. Eventually, they stopped answering my calls, my wife's calls, our texts, and our emails. In speaking with the Pasco County staff, I discovered that there are several more homeowners in the same situation.

Paul and his crew did an excellent job, once the job was started they were fast and efficient. I have a very large roof and it only took 2 days start to finish and I threw in a cpl extras and the still got it done! Highly recommend this company and crew.

Fair, good people to work with. completed job, cleaned up after themselves and the job was well done. William and his crew are great!

Had PDG Roofing replace the roof of an addition to my house which had been leaking. Due to heavy rains they weren’t able to come right away, but when the rain stopped William came by with a couple of employees to let me know the roof would be repaired right away. The employees left a bit of mess and some of the work wasn’t great. William came in person again to inspect it, saw where it wasn’t sealed as he said he would have, and had a couple of other employees come the very same day to fix it. They went above and beyond, and replaced the soffit and fascia as well. The work is beautifully done, and I am very happy.

They do not call back and work not started.

They identified the source of leaks quickly and had a crew out at 7:30 the next morning to repair. The final charges were at the low end of the estimate given.

I had a small issue with communication. Make sure your questions are answered during your quote. I saved over $1000 with this company. Can't beat that! My new roof makes my house look almost new.

They did a terrific job, already recommended them to two friends, job completed in two days.
