In painting the condo all areas were completed to my satisfaction, however there were gaps in communication between Robert and myself. The paint crew seemed rushed which resulted in some areas not being properly masked off and paint spray remained. I found after their cleanup, plastic and tape remained on some surfaces and fixtures. In dealing with this contractor I would suggest getting each room documented regarding the type of work, type of paint, and cleanup. I received the level of service I paid for.

Bob and his gang were really great. They were reasonable, flexible, and easy to work with. They were able to accommodate each of my requests and the paint looks fantastic and was done in such a short period of time. Our whole house was preped, including wallpaper removal, and painted from top to bottom in less than a week. I am happy to recommend them.

I have absolutely no complaints at all. The job started when scheduled. The workers were on time and friendly. The paint job was flawless...Everything was cleaned up and put back after the painting. The price was very reasonable. Bottom line...I would use P&D again without hesitation.

Didn't show up when they said, and did not complete the job. Did not return phone calls. Didn't tape off areas when painting and caused mess. Ended up having another company fix incomplete and problem work at substantial additional expense.

Disappointed. Our initial impression of P&D was good. Bob responded quickly to our ServiceMagic inquiry and expressed an understanding of the work we wanted to have done. We were very specific in describing what we wanted P&D to do. We primarily wanted wallpaper removed, the plaster walls repaired/prepared for painting, and secondarily the walls and trim painted. When it came time to do the work, our requests were ignored. P&D was more about getting the job done quickly rather than doing it right. Thus, very little attention was paid to the plaster work. It took 2 additional weeks to finish the job. And the workers left our house a mess.

We had several rooms in our new home that had to be painted. Some of them turned out great while others we feel were rushed. We had a deadline to meet and the remaining rooms to be painted were not done as well as we would have liked. The crew was late on a couple of occasions as well as left the site for personal reasons. In addition, we had to clean up outside after the job was completed. Overall, I would not use them for another painting job.
