Paul was extremely pleasant and dependable. I only question the amount of $200 including $65 for cost of a new tub drain cover (which I found rather high) and 30 minutes of labor.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
Paul and his team have done a great job on our projects of installation of a new sump pump and replacing soil pipes in the basement. The project was completed in a timely manner just before Storm Sandy hit us. They left work area neat and clean. So far the new sump pump and new pipes are working well. Our experience was that coordination of the project was best through Paul's cell phone (not effective via office phone or e-mail).

A personable, nice guy who came to my house when he said he would, looked carefully at how he would deal with the project, gave me a 'ballpark" estimate and wasn't at all pushy. The job was done quickly, professionally, and the price was less than his quote.

Paul was great, very professional. He returned my call right away and showed up the very next day and this was at the height of everyone I know was having plumbing issues because of the terrible winter and nobody was getting anyone to return their phone calls let alone show up! Paul and his team worked quickly, did a great job and the price was very reasonable. First the first time in my life I have a plumber I would highly recommend!
