Ray came over got it fixed, no upselling, no misdiagnosing, Ray knew after 5 minutes on the phone on a Friday night at 7Pm, and had it fixed by noon on Saturday morning. Truly impressed with the way this turned out. Thanks Ray and PDQ.

Raymond gave me a quote to replace a garage door spring that broke. I quote was competitive and he was local. Raymond was able to come the same day and repair my garage door. Experience I had with Ray matched the reviews I read before scheduling. Arrived early, diagnosed problem was our ancient and cheap contractor-grade opener, and replaced it. Lubricated door, explained all the details to operate and included a wireless key pad at no charge. In and our in about 1 1/2 hours and a reasonable cost.
