I shopped around and received estimates from several roofing companies, Pdr gave me a middle tier price. I was impressed by the high quality inspection done by Albert, turned out I did have a leak and Ross scheduled the team to come and fix it before it rained again. They were done in one day, Ross kept me updated of the project progress every step of the way and I have such a sense of relief with their 10 year warranty. I can't say enough about the company and I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

This entire experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. This will be the last time I use a company recommended by Angi. I submitted an estimate request on Jan 2 and received a phone call from Ross with PDR that he could come out and look at my roof on Jan 3. Ross looked at my roof and advised that he was not repairable due to the age of the shingles and that it would need to be replaced and he could have me an estimate in a few days. After a few days I had not heard anything so I reached out to the company and they emailed me an estimate and out of all the estimates I received, this one seemed the most reasonably priced. On Monday the 9th I accepted the offer and the owner of PDR came out to our house and collected the down payment of 50%. I asked him when they would be coming out to do the roof and he advised they were a couple of weeks out but I should know by the 23rd. On the 23rd I still had not heard back from PDR so I called Ross, Ross was shocked to hear that I had not been scheduled yet, but advised that they could come out the following Monday, the 30th to start the roof. On Monday the 30th no one showed up at my house. I called Ross and got no answer, so I reached out to the company via email as those were the only two forms of communication that I had, Ross then immediately called me from a different phone number and apologized and said his crew could not come out that day because there was a chance of rain the next day, however I did not understand why no one called me to let me know that. I let him know that I could not reschedule for later in the week and that the next time I would be available would be the following Monday, the 6th of February. On Monday I texted him at 7 am to confirm that the crew would be coming out and he confirmed that they would. At 8 am he called to let me know that the crew got lost and should be to my house shortly. At 11 am I was advised that they had gotten stuck and would not be out until the next day. On the 7th two men showed up in a small pick up at 8 am, I had never been told what time they would be arriving or departing. This crew scraped my entire roof off straight onto the ground, In the process of this they also scraped up the side of my house. At some point during the roof removal the wind picked up and shingles and debris were thrown all over my property, and when I went outside to talk to the crew they had already left for the day. I called Ross and was advised the crew would be back the next day and everything would be picked up. On Wednesday the crew showed up again at 8 am and worked until about 1 pm. At this point the roof was still on the ground and only half of my 1500 sq ft house had underlayment on the roof. I called Ross once again to find out if the crew was done for the day and to let him know the yard was still a mess. A second crew showed up an hour later and did more work on the underlayment as well as drop off a dump trailer. They left around 4 pm with the roof still on the ground. On Thursday no one showed up at 8 am, by 9:30 I was blowing up Ross's phone and was advised the crew should be there by 10:30 by 11:30 no one had shown. A little afternoon 6 men showed up and I was told my roof should be done by the end of the day. At 5 pm I was advised the crew ran out of material and would have to finish the next day. Friday at 7 am I was awoken to someone outside my window picking the roof off the ground, about 9:15 they finally got started on the roof. The crew worked until about 12:30 finally finishing my roof. After the crew finished and left I decided to roll the property with a magnet roller and picked up easily 300 nails as well as continued to pick up pieces of my old roof. The crew also had to replace my skylight because the first crew had thrown ours off the roof, breaking it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were unorganized, unprepared, and did not communicate anything.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the service provided by PDR. Ross was professional, honest, and went the extra mile to get my repairs completed quickly. I appreciated the fact he did not try to "up sell" me on work that was not absolutely needed on the roof.

I actually had 5 companies come to evaluate my 15 year old roof after I noticed some missing shingles, 3 of the 5 suggested replacement. When Ross from PDR came out he was great, out of the 5 estimators he was the only person who noticed/mentioned hail and storm damage and suggested I contact my insurance. After talking further with him I decided this was the company I was going with regardless. Lucky for me the PDR estimate was one of the lowest and after all was said and done I wound up with a payment from the insurance company. Due to the age of the roof it came out to about half. Originally the job was scheduled 2 weeks out and would take 2 days, the crew was able to come 3 days later and only took one day to complete the roof replacement. another bonus for me!! The crew was courteous and professional, did what looks like (from ground level) a perfect job and cleaned up all the debris. I will definitely recommend PDR to anyone who requires a roofing company!

Ross was a nice guy and very honest assessment of my roof problem. Nasty cold rainy/snowy day but he still stayed and replaced the tiles I needed. Definitely recommend and will use for future projects.

HomeAdvisor sent me listings of roofers. I have met with all of them. PDR Roofing is not the lowest quote, but I felt that after I spoke with the estimator, Ross, that they will do it right. The project was to do the entire roofing. I do not want to explain much, but the job was satisfactory. I am glad I have chosen PDR Roofing. We had some leak for the first rain. They sent people to take care of the issue on the same day.
