P&D Remodeling

Do not hire this company for anything. They tore out our kitchen and left us for five months with nothing. Cabinets are nowhere in sight. No project management, no customer service, and poor workmanship.

RUN!!! I should have taken other reviews more seriously. Bath remodel was to be done in 2 - 3 wees. the bathroom is still not finished, and it is been over 4 months. I have not heard from P&D, for over a month. Think they broke the contract? Scheduled workers were no-shows, a number of times, and no communication. Errors made that resulted in my original design needing to be drastically changed, outside wall cut through, as well as bedroom wall being cut through, and left like that. P&D wanted final payment prior to completion (red flag). Glad I refused. RUN!!!!

Do not hire P&D Remodeling. $6500 deposit on bathroom remodel in April. Only thing that got done was demolition in July. Ended up hiring someone else and now they won't give me an accounting of services/refund. Will be filing a complaint with ROC on Monday.

This project has been a disaster from the beginning! The communication and response has been poor at best and we often waited for workers who never showed and were never notified. Mis-measurements caused unnecessary delays as the tub plumbing was put in the wrong place and needed jack hammered and moved, cabinets were measured wrong and needed to be retro-fitted (not done), and the kitchen quartzite island was mis-cut and damaged. The fabricators forgot to cut an opening for an exhaust and cut it after installation, miscutting the hole and cracking the stone. No resolution has been made for the damaged stone, as yet, even after numerous requests to Al. A plumber had to break through an exterior wall to access the pipe for a shower head that was tiled over. Lots of mistakes and poor follow up and communication have made this 5 week remodel an almost 4 month job and not complete. I am both frustrated and disappointed at best. No, I would not recommend P and D Remodeling!

Elizabeth L and her crew(s) worked hard and got the job done. Modfications and/or fixes were done quickly and without hassle. Elizabeth has a good eye for design, so her suggestions were appreciated. The project took longer than expected but considering the state of the world (COVID-19), they did the best they could. I will definitely consider P&D for when we are ready to remodel our kitchen.

Not good at all. The owner was very undesirable and scary. Many errors and p roblems including using outdoor paint in our home which we had specifically asked then to check !! Got deathly ill from fumes and refused to take a credit card wihich he told us was acceptable from the begin it and on his website . Very unpleasant and at the end , we would not let owner in our home ! It did turn out ok but what a nightmare.
