As part of the whole roof repair project, he replaced the old soffit with particle board instead of plywood. And, the vents on the soffit were not installed. Two professional painters hired to finish the job frowned at the wrong choice of material and the bad workmanship. And, the vents on the soffit were not installed. I will have to replace the whole soffit. Arrogant and stubborn, the communication afterward was quite unpleasant.

Peter Dema of P D Roofing was very professional, very conscientious. He was on time. He double checked in the attic after the job to make sure it wasn't still leaking. He sat down with us and explained things very clearly. We are planning to hire him to do the shingled roof in the Spring (this job was just for the flat roofs.) He was somewhat expensive but since it was very difficult to get a roofer at this late time in the season, we were happy to pay it. We highly recommend his company.

This is a unique review that includes a "Before" and "After" that is a testament to the solid integrity of P D Roofing. The "Before" is that this company installed my roof perfectly ten years ago. The "After" is that when I called this company a decade later to inquire about possible damage caused by woodpeckers, the owner, Peter, came to evaluate and assured me that there wasn't any problem and the roof remained in perfect condition. P D Roofing deserves outstanding recognition for their business commitment to quality and responsibility.

PD roofing called back the moment the home advisor inquired was submitted. Came to do the estimate within an hour. Very knowledgeable the work is done quickly and beautifully.

Repairs did not hold, used improper methods, would return calls but would not follow through on the agreements. He offered to come out and have repairs done by the end of the month, guaranteed, but did not show and did not contact.
