They literally saved our Christmas!.....our old furnace gave up on Christmas day and Angies List sent the "3 wise man" to rescue us ...PDX Heating and Cooling coincidently had 3 techs showing up.... After they try to revive our old one , they gave us a very good deal for a new one and fully installed it the next day ...in less than 3 hrs.. . not to mention they also went beyond and vacummed and sealed the AC coils from under the unit...🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏thank you guys for your awesome work ethics and very proffessional craftmanship....!

I called PDX Heating & Cooling on a cold day with no heat. He worked around my work schedule, was prompt, courteous, respectful, took care of the issue quickly and had my home warmed us before he left. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

He fixed a problem (low air flow to a master bedroom) I was told was inaccessible/couldn't be fixed! By another company. And he did it quick and with little added cost. I wish I had contacted him when I first bought the house not when getting ready to sell! He also thoroughly cleaned the air conditioner and heater and didn't offer to replace a recently replaced filter. He checked it and let me know it was still good to go! He was friendly and professional. I'm going to have him check out my new House's heating system as it looks flakey. So I absolutely recommend PDX hearing and cooling!

Heat went out the night before and the temperature was 16 degrees that day. PDX Heating came that day, diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. That meant a night without heat. Early the next morning Kurt called and walked us through a solution without the part in question being replaced. He could have put in an un-needed part and charged us anything he wanted as we were desperate. This is a business that strives for quality and integrity. We will continue to use their services as long as we have the need. Thank you PDX Heating. You are one in a million!

"Very complicated furnace failure. circuit board went bad. You could see where it had short circuited. Replaced board and furnace still do not function. Found out through Ohm readings that the gas valve also failed. replaced gas valve to and it fired right up and is running good. Good old fashion process of elimination."

Curt showed up 30 ins early and got the job done quickly but all I had was a tune-up and over-all check. Super easy job for him. Gave me his advice on a couple other things like sound proofing and new insulated duct work, and I appreciate that. Used my filter for replacement (thought he should give me one of his). I paid full price $120 to inspect and just clean the gas firing pin, that's it. Nothing else needed to be done. Thought he could have reduced the price a little since it was such an easy job (30 mins). At least I have piece of mind with a professional opinion of it's the furnaces condition. 12 year old Carrier. Courteous and respectful demeanor. I like that.

"Customers must understand that there are a over 100 plus different types of air filters furnaces. To carry all those would limit the amount space for important parts we need to repair equipment . Home Advisor, which is a great free tool for home owners, does come with a cost for lead fees along with other important operating expenses: gas, insurnace , SAIF, All of us are out there provide a very important service for heating and cooling Brett is a super cool customer that probably did'nt understand our overheads are huge. I do appreciate his business and the other nice things he said about PDX Heating & Cooling."

Kurt provided prompt service, thorough diagnostics and a solution to our troublesome old Lennox furnace. He quickly located the parts, and returned a couple of days sooner than promised so we wouldn't have to endure the frigid temperatures that were forecasted for Corbett. Kurt was able to come early and fixed our heater on a day that the temp was 30 outside and only 50 inside. Quick and very efficient and thru the heater is over 20 years old did not try to sell us a new one, thank you.

Attempt was made to repair our very old oil burning furnace. Kurt and assistant didn't try to sell us a new furnace until it was verified as unrepairable. We paid a fair price for new oil furnace and installation. Work was completed the next day, our new furnace works great! No mess left behind and he even left us a CO detector. We will call PDX Heating first next time we need furnace or thermostat work.
