PDX Pool and Spa, LLC

We have hired them to maintain our pool throughout the year. First impression and estimates received were agreeable. We can better rate their work quality after we have had their service for a time. They begin work 1 March

I would highly recommend PDX Pool and Spa. I had called numerous other bigger companies found on Home Advisor, but most never returned my call and those who did returned it at least a week after I called, We were buy this house and these delays really ate into our inspection period. To top their excessive tardiness, those who returned my call acted like residential customers were not worth dealing with. Finally, I called Sean at PDX Pool and Spa and gave him my sob story and he was able to come out and do the inspection and give me a report right away. We have owned several houses, but this was our first with an in-ground swimming pool, so I was very nervous about the potential problems and expenses involved with an existing pool. Sean came out and took his time examining every component of the pool and it's operating equipment, making sure that I understood what he was examining, before moving on to the next item. It is amazing how much better Sean made me feel about the whole situation. I had used Google to learn as much as I could before the inspection, but I began realizing after a few minutes that what I learned online would pale in comparison to what I eventually learned from from Sean. I know who I will have coming back to do my maintenance and any future equipment replacement. If you want a real person, not a salesperson, who will take the time to explain things, go with PDX pool and spa.

This company was fast and got the job done. I was already behind the season and they came in cleaned up behind another company and I didn't miss a beat. I hope that they stay around for years to come. Not one complaint! and I'm a very picky person.
