"Thank you, Cedric! Pleasure doing business with you. - Cris."
"Hi Manisha, It was our pleasure to meet you at your home for your complimentary project quote. We do our best to communicate clearly with each potential client, and so here is a recap of what happened and what we communicated to you already via email: - We sent a written quote listing out a clear scope of work - The quote was not accepted and no contract was signed - No work was started - You requested a 30% discount off of the quote, which is not possible - Additional charges in the most recent quote reflected building conditions discovered upon visiting your home As we explained in the email to you, we cannot legally build the fence where the old one is located right now due to building code violations. It is practically on top of the gas meter, and moving the location of the fence increases the linear footage and it increases the required material needed, which will increase the cost. We wish you best of luck with your project, and respectfully retrieve our proposal to do this job."
"Dear Stacy, since we now have completed the job, have removed all debris, and made sure everything was taken care off before we left, we would like to offer a full refund. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, or else your money back. Cris left a message yesterday to try and get in touch with you. Please let us know when it would be convenient for him to stop by. P.S. The employee that originally started the job has been let go. Update 10/12/17 -- Full refund has been mailed to customer."
"Thank you Yvonne, you guys were great to work with!"
"I am saddened to read your review and I truly thought we had left you satisfied. I can understand your frustration with the job taking longer than expected, but the dirt was not typical dirt, it was a gravel/dirt mixture, which made digging extremely difficult and slow. I purchase additional tools so we were prepared and when you offered your tools, I initially refused, but accepted your offer to make the best use of time. After speaking with you and apologizing for the delay, I offered you to pay what you thought was appropriate and not what was quoted, to guarantee your satisfaction. Since you are not satisfied, I would like to offer a full refund to live up to our 100 % satisfaction policy. Please get in touch with me at 503.523.8566 or at cris@pdxrestoration.com."
"Your frustration is completely understandable. It's difficult to admit, but we did have scheduling difficulties and are working very hard to make sure mistakes like this don't happen again. Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us and we truly want to be your SOLUTION - not your PROBLEM. I would really like the opportunity to speak with you and turn this negative experience into a positive one. Please contact Jennie at office@pdxrestorations.com or at 503.939.8659. I look forward to hearing from you."
