not only was the communication incorrect, the projects were in complete due to communication issues. after paying someone else to come out and complete the projects, I let the owner know about issues with their portion. he made excuses as to why he was ignoring my calls. told me he would call Friday to schedule someone out this week, again hes ignoring all communication and my projects are incomplete. The work that was done was terrible. the aesthetics are horrible and incomplete. at this time, there has yet to be a resolution from the owner.

Ralph was great! And very responsive. He offered up some additional help to clear out our drain -- without using his services. It was quite decadent to have someone fix the garbage disposal. :) Hence the four stars on the value for money. (We should have / could have done this ourselves.) But with someone like Ralph?! Who needs to?! :)

Ralph was responsive and professional. He replaced our garbage disposal, per our request. He did let us know though, that the leakage wasn't a broken garbage disposal, but because the disposal wasn't properly chopping things, which caused a plug in the drain. I appreciate his honesty in reporting this to us. We are happy to have a way better one now, that comes with a good warranty and we know we can call Ralph if there are any problems.

Ralph was very responsive and professional. He was able to come by between other jobs and then did the work so I did not have to schedule for the future which helped us out.

My experience couldn't have been better! My garbage disposal broke last night and they were able to replace it today. Ralph did an amazing job and was very clean and professional. I will definitely be calling them again when I need work done. I would also highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

This is a great company! Needed a deck cleaning for a warranty issue and Raul promptly scheduled the job and his crew completed the job quickly and beautifully. I hired him again for a second job I neede done.
