I connected with PDX Top finishes from another platform to help with my water damage. Unfortunately, things went from bad to worse. It turned out I had a crack in my bath tub; however, Ralph said it came through my roof and out my vent pipe near my tub. I could not make it make sense as the vent pipe comes in through my roof over 6 feet away. I had a couple roof contractors come over to verify the leak as I wanted to make sure it got resolved. They could not find any leaks or evidence of such. Then I was told my pipes were leaking. I was told it would not be covered through insurance so he gave me a cash deal of $14k and I paid half. Luckily, I stopped the job because I found out he was not licensed, insured or bonded in either state of OR or WA. He charged astronomical amount for stuff that was not done. Said he could prove it, but then would not

These guys were first to call, were on the job the next day and finished the job within a week. They also took care of other issues that arose after our property inspection. These are the guys to hire if you want the job done.

Where to start, do not use this business. The owner is either the most incompetent business owner or the most unethical man I have ever met in my life. First, he charged for a emergency appointment, that was scheduled days in advance that he did not even show up on time to. The demo went fine, besides the guys not showing up on time, no protection for my floors or carpet or plastic walls put up until I asked for them. Did not wear any form of PPE but had no problem charging on the invoice for them. Ralph goes back on what he says claiming that he miss spoke. Almost every conversation started with him apologizing over different things. When he sent the invoice to my insurance company, he had over $7,000 worth of false charges on the invoice. I fully believe in being paid for the work you do but to lie is laughable. He had charged for every day wearing PPE but did not even wear for one day. He had charged for 3 negative air machines that were never in my house. An extra dehumidifier that was never in my house. When I questioned him on the charges he told me it was so I could upgrade my finishes I was ordering without having to pay for it out of pocket. I told him I thought it would be best if he picked up his trailer and dehumidifiers on that Friday. We were out of town until the following Wednesday and when we returned home the trailer was still sitting in my driveway. When I called about it, Ralph tried to tell me another excuse that his truck broke down and his worker tried to call me (that never happened). I would run away!

The technician was so kind. He was knowledgeable, understanding and reasonable. The owner Rafeal took time to answer all our questions. We would definitely hire them again!

PDX Top Finishes did an amazing job on our project! They were very capable and their workers are great! A few other companies had said it was too major of a project to handle. PDX Top Finishes handled our project easily and went out of their way to help us. The owner, Rafael, is very professional, trustworthy, and honest. He always followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the work and the progress and if we had any questions. Rafael worked very hard to fit us into their busy schedule and even finished the project ahead of time. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them to all!

Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. CEO did estimate for 3 treatments, but 5 were needed. Never explained that extra treatments were additional cost. When the first two treatments were with "diluted" solution. Out of 6 visits, only 2 were on time. One was over 3 hrs late and i did not receive a call until they "were on their way". I had to call them to find out they were still coming almost every time. None of the workers wore proper PPE. No respect for my home, they did not wear booties and did not clean up after themselves. How the CEO presented his company made me feel I was hiring a very professional crew. What I got was the exact opposite. He blamed his crew for not following his guidelines, but I came to realize his unprofessionalism is what his workers mirrored. Do not trust Rafeal! 1 star is way too high of a rating.

They were work efficient. Keeping their station clean at all times.

He did a good job. Showed up on time. He cleaned up fair price. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

PDX was to replace the sheetrock around the shower surround and replace the flooring plus remove and replace the patio roof. Ralph showed me the estimate for almost $10,000 and I said ok. Then he asked me to sign it which I did without realizing that made it a legal agreement. Then he had me pay $7500 up front. When the worker showed up he had three flooring samples and I said I didnt want that, I wanted sheet vinyl. He told me they dont do that anymore, so I picked one. The sheetrock was done properly, the flooring was a nightmare and Ralph still has my money and agreed to not do the patio roof but hasnt returned any of my money or my patio permit since probably October of last year. Now I have to pay almost $700 to repair the flooring and let my patio roof continue to leak! Apparently hes out for money even if its from a 80 year old woman! Dont use him!!!!!!

Needed to have vapor barrier and rodent issue service done in the crawl space under my mobile home. The contractor arrived on time and discovered I also had a plumbing leak. They fixed pronto and did a great job. This uncovered additional work needing to be done due to the leak. Ralph was very kind and explained the next steps and was very willing to work with me while i got my funds together for the repairs. Tim the contractor that did the work was very kind and professional.

Ralph is an excellent Salesman! Sells you something and then never preforms work. Triple the cost and only did the mitigation for over $10,000 for one bedroom. Due to his lack of preparedness, when the rain came, another room was also damaged due to the lack of preparedness. This was an insurance claim for the services. We gave him over $13,593.57 on the day we signed the contract, March 18, 2020. In his own contract it stated *Time is of the Essence* as we were putting our home on the market to move. He was then given another $10,110.09 to do the mitigation. Once the mitigation was done, we never saw Ralph again. He did get a new truck and that truck has been wrapped with PDX Top Finishes. Due to the estimate that Ralph had given our insurance company in excess of $64, 628.29 for the repairs, on MAY 5, 2020 our insurance company hired a structural engineer to look at the services that Ralph stated needed to be done. Ralph also stated that we did not need a permit for the work even though the roof was needing to be repaired. Ralph stated that he needed more $$ to continue with the repairs. Our mortgage company was now holding all of the funds for the completed repairs. On about June 17, 2020, I mailed off another $20,000. to Ralph so that he could get started on the repairs, but my gut was saying, something does not feel right about this. I called our Mortgage company and our insurance company and cancelled that check so that it could not be cashed. That day, I filled a complaint with Oregon Contractors Board, and we all met with an arbitrator on August 17, 2020. From May 5, 2020 to August 17th, 2020, Ralph was never here. At this point Ralph offered to give us $2,000 of the $13,593.57 that we fell he owes to us. We filed for $10,000 in Small Claims Court and Ralph cannot be located by Multnomah County Sheriffs Hire Kopp Construction for excellent customer service, quality of work. $31,000 was the cost of the repairs.

PDX Top Finishes are very professional and respectful. The work that was done looked exactly as I pictured it in my head. If you need anything done pretty much to your home, these men know what they are doing.

Worker was a little late but I loved the fact that he had the curtisty to call me to inform me that he was running behind an informed me how long till he would make it to my place. And he made it when he said he would over the phone. Besides that they are wonderful company an people they know what they are doing an are very respectful

Excellent work they did exactly what I asked for and the worker made sure to have check it out make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work. We thought it was gonna be a few day job but the worker ended up staying late until about 9pm an got it done an looks amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for my next project well worth it

They were kind and on time an did an excellent job have not jabe anything bad to say about this company. They actually care about there customers an dont see much of that takes day.

My experience was good. nick and tim was the workers that came out to my place. And first thing they did was ask for me to show them what I'd want done an if there was any special way they can do it. They were all about please me. And the finishing project was wonderful. I'm officially a committed customer for life.

I hired Ralph and his team to repair some Dry rot on the exterior of my house. After getting an estimation, I decided to go with them since it seemed like they knew what they were doing. I wish I would have stopped there. The first time nick showed up, he left abruptly without finishing the job, leaving me to wonder if he was coming back. I went outside and noticed nails everywhere on the ground, and a shotty job at best. I called Ralph to see where he had gone since the job was not done yet. After numerous times trying to get a hold of him, I finally was told it was a mistake so he would make it out a second time and discuss how things could be fixed. To make a long story short, it took 3 times for them to come out to finish the job....EACH time they were at least 2 hours late or more. Not only were they late, but there was never a call saying they were going to be late. The manager always blamed his team for HIS mistakes and over-promising. Absolutely not worth your time, find someone else.

They were easy to get a hold of, and quickly scheduled an appointment. The service person did a great job with kitchen sink plumbing and garbage disposal installation. The cost came in right where they said it would too.

They were able to come out quickly and replace my broken garbage disposal. Polite and clean.

We are selling our house and after the inspection we required a few repairs. One was to level the floor in our bedroom which required pulling the carpet up replacing a piece of plywood and pulling the carpet back into place.Thank you for all your hard work on this and the other repairs Pedro. Ralph, while I didnt get to meet you, I appreciate all the behind the scenes coordinating and keeping things on task that you did. You make a wonderful team. Will be using you again.
