Frank was very friendly and discussed every aspect of the generator that he thought I should know about. His work ethnic was impeccable, He cleaned the entire generator before servicing it. I will be a customer forever.

PE was fantastic throughout the process. Matthew was my first and last point of contact and did an outstanding assessment of the system I would need and explaining how it works. The guys who did the installation were professional, quick, and efficient and also gave me a thorough explanation of what everything did and how it worked. Everyone arrived on time for each visit. I had numerous updates via email (my preference) . I went with PE based on a colleagues suggestion and happy I did. Ali was also great in answering all my questions throughout the work as well. Couldn't be happier. And now of course Bethany will probably never lose power again. :)

PE Electric came highly recommended by a contractor who has worked with many similar firms, and he was right that they are the best. Expert professionals, courteous and concerned, delivering everything as promised, on time, and at the quoted price. We've now had three power outages since installation, and the generator kicked in immediately. All we had to do was re-set some clocks in the house. Everything else kept running without missing a beat. I also recommend their yearly maintenance plan. Truly a 5-star outfit.

We just had a standby generator installed by PE Electric this week. Matt and his crew were very professional. There was a lot of work done in a timely manner, answered questions we had and the test was performed with no problems. Didn't even notice the electrical transfer from the house to the generator. I would recommend this company. Now we have total peace of mine, money well spent.

Excellent contractor, fast and very neat work. Their workers were very professional and polite. Keep us informed the whole time and worked around our schedule. Generator was complete on the agreed time and works great. Highly recommend them for any electrical work.

I commissioned PE Electtric to install a generator at our property at the beginning of December last year. The installation went smoothly and was completed on schedule. A couple of weeks later we lost power and the generator kicked in. An ice storm had taken down a tree and with it the electric as well as the Comcast cable. To make matters even worse, we were away from home. Phillip Lamont, the contractor, drove over to our house in the middle of the night to check the generator, got in touch with United Illuminating and personally made certain that electricity was restored. All this happened New Year's Eve. I would give PE Electric 10 stars if it were possible. - The workmanship and efficiency was professional throughout the installation and subsequently.
