Very professional and customer service orientedâ ¦ I was on a very tight time schedule and having no luck in finding someone to help me with my projectâ ¦ Shane Perez gave me an estimate within 24 hours and was at my home within three days of that to do the jobâ ¦ I will have several other projects coming up in the near future and will definitely be using them!!

Doors (Interior) Installation and Replacement
1. Mr. Perez arrived on time 2. Surveyed the interior door to be replaced with the new door that I purchased. 3. He measured the old door to make the approximate locations for the hinges to be placed on the new door. 4. He installed the new door on the hinges. Then checked for alignment with the door frame. He took the new door off the hinges to plain down the door so, the new door fit without rubbing and binding to the door frame. 5. After mateculously making sure the door fit perfectly, he then installed the door knob with precision. 6. Mr. Perez cleaned up the work area after the install was finished. 7. I plan to have him come back to work on another interior door in the near future. 8. He did a excellent job installing our new interior door. I would recommend Mr. Perez to a friend. It is nice to know I have a carpenter now for future projects. 9. Thank you Mr. Perez for a excellent job and being listed on Home Advisor.

Roof Cleaning Service
I appreciate their honesty. They went up on my roof to clean it as I instructed, found some pressing issues On my roof pointed them out to me snd was able to take care of for an affordable and reasonable price and they did quality work. They will be my new go to Handymen.
