Chris Homeyer, owner, has done a number of projects for me. Complete framing of new construction. Window replacements, add on. Complete Kitchen remodel. Bottom line is he is the first person I call when I have a client or a personal project for him to do. I swear there is nothing he can’t do and do professionally. He even drove to Sacramento CA and did a major project for my daughter!!! I could not recommend him higher.

Chris was referred to us by a trusted friend to turn two of our bedrooms into a small apartment. One of the bedrooms was converted into a living area with a kitchenette. Chris did an amazing job installing the cabinets and countertop. His subcontractors that did the flooring and plumbing for kitchen sink did a great job as well. Chris also cut an exterior door and added an interior door to separate from the main house. All of the work Chris did was exceptionally well done. He was always here when he said he would be and got the job done in a timely manner. His communication was on point. When this job was done we asked Chris to also put cabinets in our laundry room and change out our countertop. Another project done very well! Price point for both projects were very reasonable. Would highly recommend Chris and his team for any project, big or small.

Chris was recommended to us by a friend and neighbor. He remodeled both of our bathrooms and our kitchen. Chris and his team did a FABULOUS job! Very professional, well thought out and cleaned up daily. Also, the work was completed on time. I call Chris for EVERYTHING. He repaired the roof in barn, replaced a pressure tank in our shop and many, many projects around our house. I know Chris and his crew for over 5 years. We contracted them to do our kitchen remodeling in 2022 and several home renovation projects (including installing new windows at our home) in the last four years. They did excellent jobs on all occasions. Many contractors do good jobs but Chris’s greatest strength is that he listens to what the customer wants, finds the best options to fit the customer’s budget, and efficiently delivers the project in time with least hindrances. I am a strong supporter and advocate for local small businesses and Chris has never disappointed me. Furthermore, he is honest and reliable - during the kitchen remodeling, I left my house keys with him to come in and do the job while my family and I went away to McCall for an entire week. I strongly recommend IDAC.

Chris did an amazing job on our house remodel. He redid our kitchen, vaulted our ceilings, and then we had him come back to build us a pole barn. He’s a good guy, and he gets the job done quickly.
