We hired this contractor upon recommendation from HomeAdvisor to do our backyard patio flooring. The quality of the job is decent but it has been a nightmarish experience as a whole. The guys had not paid his sub-contractor and we received a legal notice of being sued! I have text messages from him that he will settle the amount but it's been over six months and he has done nothing. We are stressed and have no idea what to do as he has stopped responding to texts and voice mails. From the past reviews it looks like he has conned many others in the same way. HomeAdvisor should take legal action and ban him from their site.

Fernando of P&F Concrete has not paid his cement provider in over a month from date of pour of the new driveway. I have received from his provider a notice of Preliminary Lein!!!! Fernando told me 3 days before the 30 days were up, he was going to pay them and would notify me. I waited and no notification. Husband called again before Thanksgiving and he said he would contact his wife, who apparently does the office work.l Today is 11/27/2018..the work was done in October. I contacted the concrete company and as of this morning the bill of $2,000.00 has still not been paid. He is a small businessman, apparently with no reserves to cover costs to his providers. I have notified him via voice mail I will notify Better Business Bureau in 2 days if this bill to the concrete provider is not paid!! Next comes my Attorney. I will contact the State Licensing Board to file a complaint. And certainly WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

They did not pay the concrete bill even though I paid in full on the day the concrete was installed. I now have a lien on my property for this.

Fernando replaced the concrete in our garage on May 23rd, and the concrete had lots of large dark spots and brush marks all over and the finish didnt look uniform at all. He said it would take 30-60 days to cure and the look would improve. So we waited and waited while our stuff was in the backyard, but nothing changed after more than 60 days! I called him last week again and he came by this afternoon to look. He basically said this is his job and he doesn't care if we are happy or not! He was, in general, a nice guy but he didn't really care about providing a quality job to us. He said the $6000 dollars that we paid is not a lot of money, so it is ok if concrete looks like this. I believe he must be very rich that $6000 is not much to him.

We were recommended to Fernando to have our driveway done. We were pleased with his response and timeliness & proceeded to have our driveway done. We we were pleased with the results and decided to have our backyard done. He gave us a quote and got started. Once his crew got started, they quickly realized the demo was much more extensive. This added days to the job - which is no fault of ours. Recognizing this and being how things had progressed to this point, we decided to give Fernando extra money to help alleviate some of the additional costs. He was extremely grateful. The work continued & they worked long days/nights to complete demo as he was adamant about catching up on time. Once demo was complete & they decided to start pouring at an 11am start time. This was probably mistake #1 - they ended up having to rush the job to be done by 5pm. Fernando quickly left and we haven't seen him since. We contacted him the following day to advise of they numerous mistakes and sloppy work. He send a guy out to assure us they would take care of all the areas needed fixing (there was a lot). They also left the place a complete mess. He did send some guys to clean up a bit & they did clean up a bit, but nothing like he assured us. Then he sent his fixer who assured us he would be able to fix everything. He said they were embarrassed by the sloppy work & that one bad guy on the job makes a difference. He advised we should wait for it to cure - we did as we wanted it done right. Meanwhile, Fernando had a personal emergency which we understood, but he never followed though and basically gave up on the job. We treated him & his crew extremely respectful & nice -supplied them daily with drinks, snacks, etc. & in return were taken advantage of. We helped him out by paying cash as well. His fixer eventually came and did some work & left. After 2 days I contacted Fernando to ask when he was coming to finish as he never communicated - I had to continuously reach out to find out what was going on-& got the feeling he was annoyed when I did. To this day, Fernando never contacted us to find out if we were satisfied or even inspect the final results. This is unprofessional. He is young & has a few things to learn. He rushed the job & then just gave up on getting it right. It's unfortunate as he's a nice guy but he's probably better suited for smaller jobs.

P&F does incredible work. Since the work has been completed, I have had many compliments from passerbys and neighbors with whom requested their contact info. They are fast and efficient and Fernando is very easy to work with. I am very pleased with my new driveway and garage floor. I hope to be able to hire them in the future should I need more concrete work.

P&F Concrete has done an excellent job on my driveway. Absolutely deserving of the highest 5-star rating. I highly recommend him for your projects. Fernando is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very easy to work with. He helped me from the very first time I spoke with him to understand my options for my driveway project. He’s got a great, skillful crew. Thank you P and F Concrete, i’ve now got a new driveway that looks pretty nice! Kudos Fernando and crew.

Fernando was able to schedule the driveway installation quickly. He and his crew did an outstanding job and my new driveway looks better than I even expected!

They refreshed my backyard and did a great job! Everything was done in a timely manner at a great price. Very upfront about costs and no pushy sales.
