He showed up at the job site with no tools. I let him borrow tools from me. He was here less then 45 minutes. He only melted the ice build up around the cooling coils. Borrowed my heat gun to do that. After putting the covers back in place, (I had taken it apart myself), he then charged $156.00. After questioning the cost, he said he would come back if the problem recurred for no charge. The problem did re-occurred. Left two messages for him to call back. He never did. When I tried to call him, his cell phone was disconnected.

Tristan Reed responded immediately to my call of my microwave not functioning properly! He came out the same day and repaired it the next day. He was responsible, efficient, amiable, a very positive repair man! Excellent work was given to me. My pizza's are now ready for the microwave! I would recommend him and his service always because of the immediate response and follow up. He is excited about the work he does, and thinks the world of the company he works for. What more can any company ask of their employees and the customer service they provide and the happiness in what they are doing.
