I had a new AC installed in my house and replaced the furnace and water heater for $10,000. However, the thermostat is still the old one that came with the house. I thought a new thermostat would be included with the AC installation, but it wasn't. When the AC wouldn't turn off in auto mode after a week, I called the company, and they said they'd send someone to check it out. On the scheduled day, they called me again to ask about the issue, and I explained the problem. The representative then sent me an estimate for about $400 to replace the thermostat, which I think is excessive. I believe the new AC should come with a thermostat, and it should be covered under warranty. I'm disappointed with the company's service, and after the representative said he'd discuss the issue with his boss, he never got back to me. The fact that they never even bother to come out and check out what the problem was is crazy

I have to give Tucker, Alex, David, and Ben and others who stopped by a huge shoutout for helping us with our plumbing repair. They were thorough, open, and honest about what needed to be done to get to the end goal and worked with our budget! Also, within less than a month of getting their monthly membership services, they had technicians out for the annual HVAC, furnace, and water heater within days of each other so all of that is checked off the list for the year! I can't say enough good things, and super happy to have found a company that cares! Thank you!
