Communication from the installer to myself could have been better. If I had been told that they were putting down sealant I would have told him not to. I have made several calls regarding the issue and calls/messages have not been returned. Quality of work was not acceptable and my yard is now not as pleasant to look at.

Unfortunately 3 young men that this company is made up of is like so many unprofessional unskilled people who decide they can do a particular trade well enough to charge for it. Without any formal training or overall business skills they simply come to your home and asses what they will charge you based on their own greed, not the actual job costs. Got an estimate to install flagstone on my existing small concrete porch. The quoted me $7500 with no breakdown of costs or expenses. Just sent me an email simply saying they would do the job for $7500..RIDICULOUS!!! These guys have no idea what they are doing. I assume they were some unskilled laborers that used to work for a construction company or something of the sort and has now decided they can go into business for theirselves and trick people who dont know any better into paying obscene amounts for jobs preying on ignorance. Seems to be the going theme with contractors in MD. They really give small business a bad name. Due to this I will be using large commercial companies who can guarantee their work and justify costs. Unfortunately I will stop using home advisor possibly due to their vetting process. This is not the first time non tradesman or professionals have come out to give wild estimates.

Kingsland Patio did an awesome job. I was very pleased with the results. Jose, Alexander and Mayco were a class act. I will be using their services again in the future.

Everything went smoothly. Jose was very professional. He was on time and explained clearly what he was going to do. The whole process from beginning to end went very well. And his price was the most fair price of any of the other estimates. The quality of his work was absolutely fantastic!

The crew did great work.

I was very satisfied with the work but the total clean up could have been better. Nevertheless, I would use this company again.
