Gilbert has been on time, and he has done all the cleanup that was needed. His price for the cleanup, and weekly maintenance were very fair. So, far I am very pleased with him, and the two men who cleaned up the front, and backyard. They were very hard workers, and did a good job. I would recommend his company to anyone needing this service.

Gilbert quickly diagnosed the sprinkler pipe problem and fixed it. He also figured out that another sprinkler pipe was NOT broken but only turned off. He could have charged me for that "repair," but he did not. Honest guy!

Gilbert came out late in the afternoon to repair a broken sprinkler head. He also showed me that the sprinkler control valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. Worked on this job until 10 at night to finish. Excellent quality. Very customer service oriented. Fair pricing. I highly recommend this company.

They worked very hard and got out on the job quickly. Was disappointed in lack of communication, and it was not a language barrier. There were areas that were supposed to have weed barrier, that did not. No one called or came out to amend that issue. I had to go get my own and will be crawling around doing it myself now. Also, make sure you go over with them what sources of water supply will be left in, as mine are not right, some pipes were removed that should not have been and not capped off properly either...creating a situation where I have to run many long drip lines and bury rows of them...not enough water to a tree now... issues I did not intend on having to deal with on my own after the job had been completed. Otherwise I would have given them 4.5 stars, but this is what lowered my ratings. Make sure you go over everything with them and get it in detailed writing... or you could end up with issues like I did.
