I had a pretty large job. Full installation of kitchen and several bathrooms. Mr. David was fantastic and his crew did a great job with the installation! The granite looks awesome and the price was fair.

They were a day late coming out and not on time,have not provided us with a receipt or warranty after several requests.

I have one positive and several negatives regarding P&G. Good integrity: Mr. David (owner and installer) returned to address the large problems despite us PAYING IN FULL. The negatives include lack of attention to detail, incorrect order information, and probable lack of experience with quartz. My research on websites and the BBB led me to believe P&G was the right company for my project. I wanted a local installer so that I knew who would show up for my installation, unlike the big chain companies. Their promptness with my in-home estimate and quote supported this. On Saturday, January 21st when they arrived for my installation things began to change. The countertop arrived with the wrong bevel. This was not in writing on my quote so I realized that I probably had no grounds for fixing the edge. One small section of countertop that should have had flush edges on both sides (between wall and cabinetry) had one flush edge and one beveled edge. No template was made for my countertops which might have prevented this. The wrong sink arrived. Unfortunately the quartz was already cut and the hole was too large for the sink I selected. The stone yard supplied a new sink (at no charge!) that worked with the cutout in the quartz. I have come to suspect that P&G has not worked with quartz much. During the estimate I learned that they stock marble and granite, but not quartz. We did not discuss level of experience with quartz and I assumed it was familiar to them. However, my suspicions began when P&G did not have the correct materials for filling seams. This led to several trips with numerous products, and on at least two occasions Mr. David commented about the cost of supplies in which he had to invest to do the work. Mr. David eventually brought in someone from outside their company to repair the seam and the factory-sealed areas which had been buffed away. Eventually, after these areas and a cracked area continued to deteriorate, Mr. David decided to replace the countertops. They were replaced on March 7th. I asked for the correct edge on the new countertops, but was told only portions would be replaced. I have solids white countertops and was concerned because a new fabrication shop was being used. As feared, the new pieces have a slightly different bevel and the colors don’t quite match. As for additional lack of detail issues, the under-mount sink was never centered properly. The front side protruded forward with a visible lip and the back had an exaggerated setback. My cabinet paint was buffed away on one drawer. When the glue was cut for the removal/replacement, the knife cut into my cabinet paint in a few places. None of the replacement countertops were glued down and a small section wobbled. One replacement section was a different thickness than the adjacent pieces so it is wavy where it was field adjusted. There is a faint black ring and milling marks on the counters. I put in the order, and I received prompt return call and scheduling. Mr. David was very kind and courteous. He explained everything that would be done to repair my falling sink. In addition, he installed my new faucet. I am very pleased with his work and I will use this company again if needed.

P & G Marble exceeded all expectations. Their Customer Service is outstanding and the product delivered (counter tops) were made with precision and absolutely beautiful! Mr. Patterson demonstrates his pride in his product with stellar attention to every detail during the installation. Kim, the coordinator of all great things was professional, friendly and led us through the entire process with ease. A QUALITY company I will use again and highly recommend.

I made an appointment with P&G Marble and Granite. They didn't come at the to the appointment (during the week in which I made plans to be home for them) - when I called an hour or two after the time they were meant to come they said they had another job going over and wouldn't be able to come that day. They never called to let me know this, I only learnt this when I called them. I rescheduled for the following Saturday at 11am. I received a phone call Saturday morning to confirm my appointment and I said they could come any time up to 11. At 11.30 they still hadn't come, I called but received no answer so shortly after I send a text to advise that I had to go out. It is now Monday and I still haven't heard from them at all. I am glad I didn't spend my whole Saturday waiting for them a second time to not turn up.

Mr. Patterson was very knowledgeable of his craft and went above and beyond to make sure my installation went perfect. He adjusted my cabinets among many other request I had that was outside of his job!

I am very pleased with the quality of the granite counter tops and the service I recieved. I will definitely hire and recommend this company for my next project.

Our under mount kitchen sink fell through our granite countertop. We tried plumbers, cabinet installers, etc and no one could help. P&G Marble responded to my request with in an hour (on a Sunday ) and was here the next day. Fixed it within 30 mins and made additional support brackets. Great service!!

P&G was absolutely wonderful!! Great prices, courteous staff, and excellent service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for counters!! I will be calling them again soon to do my bathrooms!

Very nice people and did my work within 12 hours of coming by to look. Repaired my granite countertop and advised what kind and where to buy a sealer.

They did a great job, he was able to make adjustments to the cabinet so he only had to cut one side of the granite to install my new stove.

Great company. We bought a quartz slab from Floor&Decor and needed somebody to pick it up, cut it and install. P&G offered the best price (called several others for quotes). They showed up when they said they would, picked up our countertop, cut out the sink holes and installed our undermount sinks (they were able to provide those too). Great quality work.

Called back same day as inquiry on HomeAdvisor, and made appointment for next day on the weekend, they showed up on time and did the job quickly (cutting granite countertop 1/4" for a new oven), cleaned up and gave us tips on taking care of the granite. Very courteous and professional.
