Project: Repair and partially replace stucco surface of small retaining wall. Phil met with me and we discussed how to treat a short retaining wall that was losing the stucco surface after about 4 years since it was originally plastered. The wall was alowing water seepage to come thru the concrete block and lifting the original stucco finish off. Phil suggested a repair , consisting of first scraping all loose stucco off the wall and then applying an adhesive type undercoat followed by a total restucco of the wall. It was done very professionally , minimal debris, 2-day process , and it looks great. Now I just have to see how it holds up over the next 4-5 years . Highly recommend PG Plastering.

I had some 30 years of sprinklers hitting a stucco wall in the front of my house. It was peeling and I was concerned it would continue to penetrate the wall and cause mold. Home Advisor suggested LG Plastering. I called and was please that the owner, Phil Gould, called back the same day to schedule an appointment. He gave me an estimate and we agreed to have the work done. The result was excellent as he had two experienced plaster workers come and repair the problem. They also took care of 3 other small sites around the exterior of the house. It took less than one half of a day. All was cleaned up and there was no trace of them being here. Truly an outstanding experience and I recommend Phil and LG Plastering for any stucco problems one could have. Fair pricing too!

Because of water damage we had to replace a french door. Due to underlying damage the wall had to be repaired up to the second story. Phil coordinated with the window people, showed up on time, did a great job with lath and stucco, painted the wall and cleaned up. The work was priced reasonably and I would hire him again.

Phil at PG Plastering did the stucco repair on our upgraded electrical panel. He did a beautiful job and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The stucco repair work was done well and blended in with the existing stucco. However, they missed a few spots, and I had to have them come back to complete the job. For both appointments, they did not arrive at the time scheduled, but much earlier (at 6 a.m.) and did not give me any notice.

Phil at PL Plastering did a great job working with my schedule and doing a job worthy of sign-off by the Santa Ana building inspector. They made quick work of the electrical panel stucco repair job. I would recommend them to others for sure. I take off a half star for some loose materials, dust, and debris left after the jobsite cleanup.

They were courteous and on time. They cleaned up each day as much as possible. The job turned out very nice. Only negative is they stopped our project for two days to get another customer started. I know this is necessary sometimes for small companies to keep their crews working but we were a little disappointed in that. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
