PGR Services

We had a horrible experience with PGR services. We were estimated a job to take place over 3 days- it took over a month. He would say he would be here at 9am and not show up until the late afternoon. Some days he would just not show up at all. He blamed this on transportation and personal issues. We got an interior drain installed in our basement for water proofing. We were first estimated around $8k, told him we couldnâ  t do it, then â  suddenlyâ  he was able to do it for about $3500. Decided to do it but you get what you pay for. He wrecked our basement, jackhammering and getting concrete dust everywhere when he said he would provide a â  wind tunnelâ  to contain the dust (which ended up just being a cheap plastic tarp taped up with painters tape). We had to get our home professionally cleaned after. The concrete is not flush with the ground- it is lumpy and will need ground down. So his work LOOKS horrible, and the next major rain we got, we still had water leaking into our basement. His work did funnel water to our front yard but it is defective and still got water in our basement after his work was â  completedâ  . When we asked him what his plan was he said â  Iâ  ll have time next weekâ  and never came back. His work is â  life time guaranteedâ  but that doesnâ  t mean much when itâ  s such a crappy job. Do not waste your time or money. Get a professional to waterproof your basement.

Great crew, honest about what was needed and fair with the price. If you need to waterproof your basement or finish your basement, this is who I recommend!

PG explains every step and doesn't stop until it's right I had several quotes and this was the best value has a lifetime warranty my basement is actually usable now
