My saga is a long one fraught with much pain and suffering of fancy wrapped fleet trucks refusing to perform the very services they advertise, no shows, being blown off, or just flat out being denied. About a year into my search I found Patrick and PGX. Unlike ALL the others big and small, Patrick operates his business like all business should be operated. I called, that call was answered. I requested a quote, he had an opening later in the week, and when that time came he showed up on time. A quote was provided, a date was set. That day came, Patrick and his crew were here right on time. The job was completed that day, A/C condenser was the task that no other outfit would touch. I purposely waited to ensure there were no problems. Halloween is next week, it was a hot summer. I had zero issues at all. One and done. PGX is a 5 star company. Patrick is a blessing. You can skip the shopping around on this one, Patrick is your guy.

No hassles, very convenient. Provided a very competitive quote over the phone. Replacement heater and AC installation completeed in around 4 hours. The team was very friendly and careful not to damage property by putting down drop cloths and moving slowly around tight spaces.

Said all I needed in the initial review but I will be calling PGX for all my future heating and cooling needs.
