This was the absolute worst company to do business with. They were well mannered, but the only work that has stood the test of time is the wood flooring portion of the project (which I believe they subcontracted out). They were asked to repair plumbing, replace tile flooring, a toilet and vanity in our upstairs bath. They also retiled, replaced the toilet and vanity in the downstairs bath. THREE YEARS later, we are still trying to repair a leak that was pointed out to this company that is causing the ceiling downstairs to mold and buckle. The ceiling has now been replaced twice and repaired once. Just had yet another leak, and the ceiling will need repairing yet again. The grout has been washing away with every cleaning and mopping we do. They returned and re-grouted the downstairs bath last year, and now the grout is mismatched and still slowly washing away with each shower. We have spent countless dollars trying to remedy the poor job they did. The only resolution for the upstairs bath now is probably a gut job. The downstairs bath will definitely need re-tiling to stop the grout from washing away.

Every aspect of a small project was professional. From the bidding to fast and quality installation, we were pleased. We have decided to consider another project with Peiman.

Overall experience was very note worthy and working with Amir was the best customer service I have ever experienced dealing with contractors. I was pleased with the quality of their work. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a couple of contractors coming in to give us the quote initially. We decided to go with Peiman and Amir because their price seems to be very competitive. These men work really hard and very easy to work with. I still remember the day we called them asking them to give us the contract to sign. They stayed until 11:30pm walking through every detail on the contract. We are impressed by their work attitude and the final work quality exceed our expection. We are having them back for our kitchen redo now.

I spoke with Amir with PH Dream Homes about helping finish tile and install bathroom fixtures in a basement project, with high recommendations from a neighbor. Within a day of contacting them, Amir replied, and was able to come out and give me an estimate within a day. Once I hired them, they installed tile, as well with bathroom fixtures within a day. Great craftsmanship, polite, and clean work. I will definitely be contacting Amir with my next home project.
