Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
The crew that showed up had no signs on the truck or trailer and looked like they had started with the company that morning. They did not even have T-shirts with the company name. My gutters were cleaned, inspected, reinforced, nothing before installation. They damaged my roof. When I pointed it out the one guy got up on the roof and tried to stomp it down. I have been calling and emailing and no one returns my calls, in fact, Stephen W. has blocked my calls. The last email I got from him said he was going to come to fix my roof and then he did not show. He never even confirmed a second appointment. The wood under my roof is now subject to water damage and next summer I will have mud wasps making themselves at home in the gaps. I'm sorry I ever contacted this company.

The salesman said that we needed a drip edge all around the house, but when the workers came, they stated that they couldn't put a drip edge on because of the way the shingles were unless we had a custom drip edge which would cost about $1000 more than our contract. According to our contract, it stated a drip edge was to be included and did not specify what kind. Needless to say, we didn't get the drip edge and a small amount of money was deducted from the amount due. We were told that they would put silicone between the gutters and the roof all around the house, but we don't think they did that either. Customer service was very rude and unprofessional.

I was pressured into buying the gutters when I did not have the money available at the time the rep from PHG said he would hold my check until Monday he did not and now I have overdraft charges that I'm having to pay that they will do anything about

The guys did a great job installing the gutters and down spouts. They did a very professional job and the quality of work was good. They also repaired the wood trim on my chimney and matched the paint and made it look new. They worked very hard and did a walk around with me when they were done to get my approval and to explain everything they did to complete my project.

For some reason they can't get the gutter alignment right. They did come back and put two more down spouts in the front, but the gutter leaks everywhere and no water goes out one of the down spouts. Lots of water runs behind the gutter. Very hard to get them to fix the problems, even you have a 10 yr warranty. I only wanted what I paid for to be right and work like it should.

"Mr, Singleton, The two other downspouts were added to your home for overflow purposes. If you recall, your original complaint was that the gutters were overflowing on one side. In an effort to resolve the issue, the gutters were readjusted to allow for better flow to the existing downspout and 2 downspouts were also added for increased drainage at no cost to you, just in case the other downspout was not able to handle the volume of water coming from your roof. Therefore, water will not drain into the 2 added downspouts unless there is a heavy rain and the original ones are not able to handle the flow. This was done the way I described in an effort to keep the majority of the water out the flower bed that was soon to be put in."

I wish that I could include pictures! I hired them because they had a good rating. WHAT A MISTAKE! Downspout not attached, others not plumb, scratches during install, 3 of the 4 outside corners beat into place and bent, didn't have the right color material so they mismatched. Although cosmetic issues were repaired well by the owners son I am still having issues with water pooling. Should not have paid till after a rain. They pushed the new gutters up so much water is pooling on my brand new roof and not even draining. How long before that leaks? My agreement with the owner at estimate was gutters were to be attached to face.

The sales rep was very informative and showed samples of the screen materials they would use. Explained the warranty and when they would start and that we didnt pay until completely satisfied with the installation. They showed up on a Tuesday evening working from 5-8pm (who does that these days) and was back at 7am the next morning finishing at around 2:30. They cleaned up their work, showed me what had been done and explained everything so that I understood and ensured that I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company!

The owner presented his product with expertise. He pointed out things that needed to be done based on our roof that other companies did not point out. The price was less than anticipated and the owner and all workers on the job were professional and everything was completed per the bid received. I would highly recommend PHG.

Well they said that they could build a sun room and my front roofed porch for less than I was going to pay a different contractor. They dont return my phone calls to give me a time frame as to when they will start. Had to get someone else to do the front porch. I could not wait any longer for that as my husband has fallen 3 times with the funky steps. I told them to focus on the front porch and still did not get a response. Now I am waiting and waiting for the plans and estimates on the sun room.

I requested information from PHG Home Improvement via Home Advisor on SATURDAY afternoon and before the end of the day, they had contacted me & scheduled on on-site appointment for MONDAY. One of the partners in the business arrived Monday afternoon, answered all of my questions and provided an extremely competitive quote that included several "extras" that weren't included by the other companies that quoted this job (installation of gutters, downspouts and screens for a rainwater capture system to irrigate our garden). The crew arrived on TUESDAY morning to start the installation. The installation crew were courteous, professional and very efficient. They made sure that I understood everything they planned to do, cleaned up after themselves and then had me inspect their work before they left. Did I mention the warranty on workmanship & the product that is transferrable to the new owner if we ever sell the house? Everyone went "above & beyond" for us on our project. Bottom line - EXCELLENT customer service, price & product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company & product.

Quality product, professional personnel, and a very quick install. However, after a hard rain, water came under an exterior wall, which had never occurred prior to the gutter installation. Repeated contact for assistance has resulted in promises to come and assess, but no one has come to investigate or further communication about the problem.

I had a great overall experience with PHG. I contacted them for a gutter repair initially after a tree fell on my new home. They were very prompt with contacting me and setting up an in-person quote. Stephen and Joshua were very professional, polite, and informative. One of their best qualities was the ability to break everything down in easy to understand terminology and realistic explanations of what I needed. The overall price was much more reasonable than other offers I had already received. I had such a great experience with them I also requested that they set up and install gutter screens on my home. Their crew was also polite and easy to work with. Their service was amazing and they left my home in a fashion that would be similar to theirs. I will refer them to my friends and family and plan to have them come back for additional work in the future.
