Tony was a poorly organized owner. He never followed through on any dates, and never came on to my job. He took my deposit and never performed any work. He would not return calls to make arrangements. Now his ROC is expired. Steer clear of this person.

As soon as they said would take the job it was supposed to be 21 days and currently it is 10 months job still not done.

PHX Construction has done nothing but taken more than $20,000 of my money, missed deadlines and broken promises - and this simple project is nowhere near finished. A simple bathroom addition is less than halfway done AFTER FIVE MONTHS! And he has more than $20,000 of my money. He has not done anything on this project in more than three weeks, but he did manage to take a vacation after he got more money! So, now I have an unfinished bathroom with a leaking roof that flooded into the adjacent bedroom, no fixtures, a flooded shower enclosure, and a bedroom I can not use because this simple project appears to be too much for PHX Construction. It is just one excuse after another, but then he does not do what he promises.

Stay away from PHX construction. Select a different company. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors last month has revoked the license of PHX Construction and were fined a penalty.

We hired PHX in July to remodel our kitchen. They told us they would start the first week of September. The kitchen started Sept.16. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks, but no problem, it would be done by Thanksgiving. It is now FEBRUARY 24 and our kitchen is still not finished. Cabinets not done, lighting not done, vent hood not installed, painting not done, flooring not done. The workmanship has been shoddy: several things have had to be redone, and a few things have been grossly incompetent. Customer service is terrible. A contractors job is coordinating and communicating. They do neither well, if at all. We have never gotten a work schedule, or an accounting of work performed and monies spent. This has been a FIVE MONTH nightmare (and counting).

Added sq ft to bedroom with bathroom addition and house stucco. Project took longer than expected and some communication issues, but overall workmanship was good, staff courteous and always eager to please. Some unforeseen issues were taken care of and resolved and everyone comments it is beautiful and a nice job and we are pleased with the end result. They were also under budget.

This company does not keep appointments, administer or keep timelines, or communicate in a reasonable manner! They always have excessive excuses for why things are not done properly and even like to ricochet the blame back to the homeowner. This has been a terrible experience and I would never use them again. I highly recommend you don't either!

A horrible experience. Tony talks down to you, and is very rude. The worst work that I have seen, I could have done better with a 5-year-old.

They did a great job and stayed on budget.

I have now reached a satisfactory resolution with contractor.

Everything was great. Remodeled master bath. Great quality, value, communication and timeliness. Highest recommendation.

Communication was the most difficult part of our remodeling. Not knowing when or what was going to happen. Fortunately, one of us is retired so one of us was always home.

They really kept me in loop with every progression in the job! Answered all my questions! I would recommend to all friends and families!
