Please rate this company 1/2 star in all categories. They were supposed to have our shower and tile job done in 3 weeks, instead it took over 3 months. We had to have them redo some sections because the work wasn t done properly. When we started using our shower after a new shower pan and tile job from this contractor, we now have a major water leak and the whole shower has to be torn out and replaced and water damage through the floor and down into our kitchen ceiling repaired.

Hiring Raul from Pibi tile to fix the cultured marble in my steam shower was amazing He was honest, timely, upfront, and very easy to work with. He worked around my schedule and got the job done very quickly without compromising the quality of the work. I would absolutely recommend Raul and his time for any bath/kitchen needs. They do a lot more than just tile!

He was unable to fix the holes in the travertine tile adequately. The holes were filled but he left quite a dip in each hole.

The grout filled out the holes but it cannot be perfectly level, because the cleaning with the water will remove a little bit the grout on the surface tile. this is not the installer fault.

Raul and his team are the best. They were very professional and on time, which I love! The quality of work was amazing. I hired them to do the backsplash in my kitchen and loved them so much that I ended up hiring them to do a full remodel on 2 of my bathrooms. So many people have asked who did my tile work because it was so good! Very impressed with Pibi Tile! Thanks guys!
